Algolia, an end-to-end AI search solution, has introduced three new integrations for commercetools, a global provider of composable commerce offerings. Google’s Parent Company Reportedly Considering the Possibility of Acquiring HubSpot

Google’s parent company, Alphabet, is reportedly talking with its advisors about offering to acquire HubSpot. The potential acquisition would be Alphabet’s largest to date. According to Reuters’ sources, Alphabet has already met with investment bankers from Morgan Stanley about the possible offers, how much it should offer for the acquisition (HubSpot’s current market value is approximately $35 billion), and whether antitrust regulators would allow for the acquisition. “As standard practice, HubSpot does not comment on rumors or speculation. We continue to focus on building a great business and serving our customers,” a HubSpot spokesperson told Reuters. Neither Alphabet nor Morgan Stanley responded to requests for comment.

Revenue Grid Launches its Spring ’24 Product Update

Revenue Grid, a revenue intelligence platform provider, has announced the general availability of its Spring ’24 product release. This release introduces new features and enhancements to help sales and customer teams improve efficiency, maximize pipeline visibility, and maintain accurate forecasting. These features include AI-powered opportunity summaries, real-time forecasting, new pipeline reporting tools, enhancements to Revenue Grid’s sequence management capabilities, a new integration with Salesforce, and an updated Signal Builder that improves the experience of creating signal rules.

Salesforce Shares Details on the Availability of its Eisntein 1 Studio

Salesforce has announced the availability of Einstein 1 Studio, a suite of low-code tools that allow Salesforce admins and developers to customize Einstein Copilot, Salesforce’s conversational AI assistant. Einstein 1 Studio has the Copilot Builder, Model Builder, and Prompt Builder tools. These tools can help users create custom AI actions to accomplish specific tasks, build various AI models, activate custom prompts in the flow of work, and more. The Promot and Model Builders are generally available now to global companies, with Copilot Builder in beta. Salesforce announced the news at TrailblazerDX, its developer conference.

SiftHub Raises $5.5 Million in a Seed Funding Round

SiftHub, an AI platform provider for sales teams, has raised $5.5 million in a seed funding round. Matrix Partners India and Blume Ventures led the funding round alongside executive operators and founders from leading companies such as RazorPay, Cloudflare, Superhuman, and DevRev, who joined as angel investors. SiftHub will use the funding to continue driving its growth initiatives to help sales and pre-sales teams improve their knowledge discovery, generate responses to queries, and boost productivity.
