Box and Slack Detail Their Expanded Partnership

Box, an Intelligent Content Cloud provider, has announced an expanded partnership with Slack, Salesforce’s AI-powered work operating system. Through the partnership, the companies will bring joint AI technologies to enterprise content, enabling joint customers to improve how their organizations work. Customers will also have access to unlimited Box AI queries directly in Slack, which allows users to ask critical questions and extract timely insights from Box files without leaving the platform they’re already in. Calabrio, a workforce performance company, has announced a “next-generation” integration with Five9, an intelligent customer experience (CX) platform provider.
