The AI Agent is a fully autonomous tool designed to learn from existing documents and websites and can be deployed without asking users to know any code. It’s also built to personalize and contextualize conversations in multiple languages and across various channels, all while meeting security and compliance standards.
GoTo Expands its Integration Offerings
GoTo—a business communication and IT support software provider—has announced several updates to its integration offerings for GoTo Connect. These new integrations will allow companies to set up seamless connections between GoTo Connect and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Freshdesk, Freshsales, HubSpot, NetSuite, Pipedrive, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SugarCRM, Zendesk, Zoho, and more. The integrations will make it easier for companies to share information between their various systems, maintain a complete view of their customers, automatically capture AI-generated call summaries, and simplify their workflows.
Hightouch Debuts a New Solution for CTV Advertising
Hightouch, a composable customer data platform (CDP), has announced a new solution to streamline and accelerate a company’s Connected TV (CTV advertising) efforts. Totango Releases an AI-Powered Growth Intelligence Engine
Totango, a customer growth solution provider, has announced Unison, a new AI-powered growth intelligence engine. This new product line, available to all businesses, launches with two solutions for churn intelligence that help customer success and revenue leaders unify their customer data to predict churn, detect risks, and identify customers ready for expansion. Unison analyzes customer engagement data from calls, emails, meetings, and support tickets to operationalize a data-driven risk detection engine. Meanwhile, an enterprise version will offer custom models that utilize enterprise-grade AI models.
TrueDialog Announces a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Application
TrueDialog, an enterprise-grade SMS texting solution provider, has announced that its Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement application is available on the Salesforce AppExchange platform. Its Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solution will enable companies to add SMS steps to their personalized, targeted marketing journeys, allowing for promotional campaigns, order confirmations, triggered alerts, account updates, and geo-targeted offers. This application joins TrueDialog’s Salesforce Sales Cloud offering, which is also available on AppExchange.
Udemy Launches New AI-Powered Capabilities
