These features include Qualtrics Assist for Employee Experience, AI-generated comment summaries, and conversational feedback capabilities that use employee feedback to provide teams with practical recommendations for reducing bias and improving manager and team efficiency.
Regal Completes a $40 Million Funding Round
Regal, a customer-centric contact center software company, has completed a $40 million funding round that brings its total capital raised to $83M. The additional funds will enable Regal to continue accelerating the rollout of its AI-powered phone agents to contact centers in various use cases. Those use cases include industry-specific qualification, scheduling, inbound routing, and reminders for the education, healthcare, insurance, and home services markets. Salesforce Announces the General Availability of Agentforce
Salesforce, the AI-powered CRM, has announced the general availability of Agentforce, a new layer for the Salesforce Platform designed to help companies develop and deploy AI agents that can autonomously take action across business functions. Agentforce doesn’t depend on human engagement and can be triggered by changes in data, business rules, pre-built automations, or signals via API calls from other systems to automatically qualify sales leads, resolve customer cases, or optimize marketing campaigns. The launch of Agentforce also includes out-of-the-box agents that users can customize and deploy with low-code or no-code tools.
Thryv Signs Agreement to Acquire Keap
Thryv, a SaaS solution provider for SMBs, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keap, a CRM and marketing automation solution for small and medium-sized businesses. The acquisition will help Thryv maximize cross-sell/upsell opportunities across its subscriber base, accelerate its innovation roadmap, optimize its market positioning, grow its North American presence, drive growth in international markets like Europe and Australia, and more.
