HubSpot Expands Its Breeze Customer Agent With HubSpot Credits

HubSpot has announced an expansion for its Breeze Customer Agent solution. On June 2nd, 2025, all Pro and Enterprise Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Operations Hubs customers will have access to Breeze Customer Agent through HubSpot Credits. This is an evolution of the credits-based system customers already use to purchase Breeze Intelligence, HubSpot’s data enrichment solution, and will become the standardized model for all of the company’s AI products.

IBM and Salesforce Detail Their Integration Partnership

IBM and Salesforce have announced an integration partnership that will give customers access to their business data in IBM Z mainframes and Db2 databases, enabling them to use that data to power AI use cases on the Salesforce Agentforce platform. With this integration, businesses can use AI agents to complete back-to-front office connections using data from IBM Z mainframes and leverage Salesforce Zero Copy via an integration between IBM watsonx.data and Salesforce Data Cloud. The integration is planned for a June 2025 release.
