CallRail, a lead engagement platform, has announced a new integration with RingCentral, a global provider of AI-powered business communications. The integration will leverage both companies’ capabilities and expertise to give small businesses the power to have smarter conversations with unprecedented insights into marketing campaign performance and lead sources. Additional benefits include improved attribution, additional call context, complete visibility into the lead journey, and the ability to see lead intelligence from inbound calls.
Cordial Announces Several Leadership Promotions and Appointments
Cordial, a cross-channel marketing platform, has announced several strategic leadership promotions across its product, marketing, and finance departments. The appointments and promotions will support the company’s continued expansion in media, real estate, travel, and other enterprise verticals. As part of the promotions, Matt Howland is now the company’s President, Amy Strasser is the VP of Product Management, Jeni Bishop will serve as VP of Marketing, and Katie Chandler is now VP of Finance. The appointments include Rob Garf as SVP of Strategy and Insights and Julien Sauvage as CMO.
Cornerstone OnDemand and Salesforce Detail Their Partnership
Cornerstone OnDemand, a workforce agility solution provider, has partnered with Salesforce to bring Cornerstone agent actions to Agentforce. The agent actions will align Salesforce’s Agentforce, a digital labor platform, with Cornerstone’s AI-powered workforce capabilities to augment teams with trusted autonomous AI agents in the workflow. The agent actions are available on AgentExchange.com. “We’re excited to pair Agentforce with Cornerstone, the industry’s leading skills and training platform to ensure agents can support real workforce needs—from developing job-specific skills to meeting compliance requirements,” said Tyler Carlson, SVP of Business Development at Salesforce.
Gainsight Debuts Atlas, a Collection of AI Agents
Gainsight, a retention engine for customer-centric companies, has launched Atlas, a new generation of AI agents purpose-built to help companies guide their customers from onboarding to outcomes, with intelligence, personalization, and scale. The Atlas family of agents includes the Staircase AI Agent, Renewal AI Agent, Adoption AI Agent, Moderation AI Agent, and Gainsight AI Agent in Slack. These agents will work alongside human teams to help companies learn, adapt, connect, and succeed in their markets. Staircase AI and the Gainsight Slack Agent are available now, with the others coming soon.
Invoca Acquires Symbl.ai
Invoca, an AI-powered revenue execution platform, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Symbl.ai, an AI-driven human intelligence platform. The acquisition will bring Symbl.ai’s AI capabilities into the Invoca platform, empowering companies to drive revenue through a modern buying experience. It will also enable Invoca’s clients to orchestrate seamless buying experiences with AI, outfit their contact centers with real-time AI insights, and apply agentic AI functionalities to maximize productivity and increase conversions.
Salesforce Reveals Its Plan to Acquire Informatica
Salesforce, the global AI CRM, has announced its acquisition of Informatica, an enterprise AI-powered cloud data management company. The planned acquisition will allow Salesforce to enhance its trusted data foundation by combining Informatica’s data catalog, data integration, governance, quality, privacy, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM) services with the Salesforce platform. This will establish a unified architecture for agentic AI that enables AI agents to operate safely, responsibly, and at scale across the modern enterprise.
Similarweb Launches a Collection of AI Agents
Similarweb, an AI-powered digital intelligence platform, has launched Similarweb AI Agents. With this suite of digital AI experts, businesses can optimize how they analyze SEO trends, engage customers, and execute strategies. The agents are “purpose-built specialists” trained on data across the digital world. Each agent can manage a specific business function, from SEO to sales outreach, content planning, trend discovery, and data summary. Similarweb has plans to release additional agents throughout the year, with several currently being tested.
Snowplow Details Snowplow Signals, a Real-Time Customer Intelligence Infrastructure
Snowplow, a customer data infrastructure company, has launched Snowplow Signals, a real-time customer intelligence system that enables companies to build and deploy AI-powered customer experiences much faster. Signals will provide applications access to deep, real-time, trustworthy customer context, making it easier to hyper-personalize user journeys and equip AI agents to overcome the “cold start problem” and drive more relevant interactions.
Sonata Software and Qualtrics Announce a Partnership
Sonata Software, a Modernisation Engineering company, has announced a partnership with Qualtrics, the creator of the Experience Management (XM) category. The collaboration will combine its global systems integration services and extensive consulting, measurement, and implementation capabilities with Qualtrics’ XM for Customer Experience solution suite to deliver a comprehensive, technology-driven customer experience management solution for global enterprises.
TELUS Digital Acquires Gerent, a Salesforce-Centric Consultancy
TELUS Digital Experience, a leading global technology company specializing in digital customer experiences, has acquired Gerent, a U.S.-based Salesforce-focused consultancy that delivers enterprise-scale implementation and integration projects and agentic AI solutions. The acquisition will enable TELUS Digital to offer Gerent’s full portfolio of services.
