The platform can identify and prioritize ideal customer accounts by analyzing massive datasets, allowing teams to personalize targeted advertising and optimize campaigns across multiple channels.
CallMiner Acquires VOCALLS
CallMiner, an AI-powered conversation intelligence provider, has acquired VOCALLS, a voice-first conversational AI and automation platform. CallMiner will combine its industry-leading conversation intelligence capabilities with VOCALLS’ voice, chat, social messaging, and email AI virtual agents and task automation technology. The acquisition will allow the companies to help clients transform their contact center efficiency, embrace customer service automation, understand what processes to automate, and identify areas of opportunity in automation workflows.
Contentstack Unveils the Contentstack Data and Insights Solution
Contentstack, a CMS pioneer, has unveiled Contentstack Data and Insights, a native set of capabilities for audience analytics, real-time data activation, and omnichannel campaign orchestration. These features are now integrated into Contentstack EDGE and will help brands focus on one-to-one personalized experiences across every channel. Neha Sampat, founder and CEO of Contentstack, says, “If content is king, context is queen. And with our adaptive DXP, brands can adapt to their customers in real-time, in every interaction and every channel. No other platform can enable personalization at scale like this.”
Mosaicx Debuts the Next Generation of its Engage Platform
Mosaicx, a customer experience company, has launched the “next era” of its Engage product. The Engage platform enables companies to develop natural, personalized self-service conversations across multiple channels, including voice, SMS, email, and web chat. Mosaicx has embedded intelligence into every layer of the AI-native platform, enabling users to proactively anticipate and resolve customer needs, reduce operational costs through intelligent containment, and increase customer satisfaction by delivering more human, empathetic interactions. The updated platform will be generally available in Q3 2025.
Salesforce Embeds Slack for Unified CRM Collaboration
Salesforce has announced that it’s embedding Slack directly into its CRM, introducing “Salesforce channels” that merge customer records with team conversations in a single, bi-directional workspace accessible from both platforms. The enhanced integration will enable real-time, AI-powered collaboration by linking structured CRM data with unstructured team dialogue, allowing human and AI agents to act on customer insights without switching tools. Salesforce also announced that Tableau Next analytics and Salesforce Approvals are coming to Slack.
Talkdesk Achieves FedRAMP Authorization for the Talkdesk CX Cloud Government Edition Solution
Talkdesk, a global provider of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered customer experience (CX) technology, has achieved FedRAMP Authorization for its Talkdesk CX Cloud Government Edition solution. The authorization demonstrates how Talkdesk meets the stringent security and compliance standards of the United States (U.S.) federal government for cloud service providers. Tiago Paiva, CEO and founder of Talkdesk, says, “Public sector organizations are challenged with meeting the CX needs of the stakeholders they serve while ensuring those interactions and data stay secure. Agencies can now implement and use Talkdesk CX Cloud Government Edition with confidence.”
Treasure Data Debuts Five New AI Suites for Improving Customer Experiences
Treasure Data, an Intelligent Customer Data Platform (CDP) powered by AI, has announced new AI Suites for global enterprises. There are five suites available in the launch, including a Personalization AI Suite, Engagement AI Suite, Creative AI Suite, Service AI Suite, and Paid Media AI Suite. All five offerings are powered by agentic AI and aim to address the needs of professionals across marketing, CX, and customer service teams by helping them drive revenue, save costs, reduce risk, and integrate customer insights into their daily work.
Uniphore Details a New Suite of AI Marketing Agents
Uniphore, a global provider of enterprise AI, has announced details on Marketing Agents, a first-for-enterprise suite of AI agents. These agents are designed to accelerate how marketing teams access data, segment audiences, and work inside the Uniphore Customer Data Platform (CDP). The first release includes a Platform Search Agent, Product Knowledge Agent, and Audience Segmentation Agent. Uniphore plans to launch three additional agents later this year to extend its agentic marketing capabilities into campaign optimization, reporting, and insights.
Validity Releases Findings From the 2025 State of Email Report
Validity, an end-to-end marketing success provider, has released its 2025 State of Email report findings. The report, conducted by Litmus, which Validity recently acquired, reveals how marketers adapt to today’s complex marketing landscape based on responses from hundreds of global email marketers. Findings demonstrate some of the struggles marketers are experiencing, including measuring ROI, developing personalized content efficiently, collecting and analyzing the data needed for personalization, and measuring the impact of personalization on email performance.
Zeta Global Releases Details on Zeta Answers
Zeta Global, an AI marketing cloud, has unveiled Zeta Answers. With this AI-powered intelligence framework, companies can automate complex tasks by turning marketing insights into answers, answers into actions, and actions into outcomes. The new solution leverages Zeta’s suite of agentic AI tools to enable multi-agent workflows that provide marketers with a direct path to action, greatly reducing the time spent between insight and execution. Zeta Answers is now available in early preview for select clients.
