Cognizant has expanded its partnership with Salesforce with a new suite of customer and operations transformation services built for Salesforce’s Agentforce. The offerings will help enterprises accelerate their shift to an AI-augmented workforce by enabling teams to combine human expertise with autonomous agents that drive productivity, responsiveness, and scalable impact. Additionally, with Salesforce’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) program, Cognizant will offer clients a more flexible path to AI-powered operations.
Cordial Introduces a Price Sensitivity Feature
Cordial, an AI marketing platform that helps brands win customer attention, is adding a new feature to its AI suite: Price Sensitivity. The feature will complement the Cordial Edge AI dynamic attributes, help marketers better understand their customers, and increase customer value. For example, Price Sensitivity enables teams to track lifetime value (LTV), average order value (AOV), engagement momentum, frequency optimization, and RFM data around buyer loyalty and spending behavior. These features are available as part of Cordial’s expanding AI innovation roadmap.
Genesys Announces the Genesys Cloud AI Studio
Genesys, a global cloud provider of AI-powered experience orchestration solutions, has announced Genesys Cloud AI Studio. The Studio is a centralized innovation hub designed to move toward agentic AI-driven customer engagement and help organizations build, manage, and scale their AI initiatives faster. The first capability available in the Genesys Cloud AI Studio is Genesys Cloud AI Guides, which equips brands with tools for rapidly designing, deploying, and governing virtual agents that can operate with greater autonomy across complex, enterprise-wide customer journeys.
Klaviyo Reveals New AI-Powered Capabilities for Improving Cross-Channel Customer Engagement
Klaviyo, a CRM solution built for B2C companies, has launched new AI-powered capabilities to help companies provide real-time, cross-channel customer engagement. These features include an omnichannel campaign builder, channel affinity tracking powered by Klaviyo AI, multi-touch attribution tools, and native support for WhatsApp and RCA. The Channel Affinity feature is available now to all Klaviyo customers, with Multi-Touch Attribution scheduled for release by June 30th. The other additions are in beta and will launch later in 2025.
Omnisend Debuts a Suite of AI Tools for Email Marketing
Omnisend, an email and SMS marketing platform for e-commerce brands, has launched a suite of AI-powered tools to simplify how marketers create, personalize, and target their email marketing efforts. The new features include the Personalized Product Recommender tool, an AI Segment Builder currently in beta, and AI-driven tools for creating subject lines, pre-headers, and email copy. Salesforce Releases Agentforce 3
Salesforce, the global AI CRM, has announced Agentforce 3, a major upgrade to its digital labor platform. Agentforce 3 introduces a new Command Center, an updated Atlas architecture, built-in support for open standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP), and over two hundred pre-built industry actions to help teams speed time to value. Sitecore Launches Sitecore.ai

The Sitecore.ai offering combines editorial storytelling, hands-on interaction, and episodic content to demonstrate how agentic can transform marketing efforts. TechTarget Details Its Integration Partnership with Salesloft
TechTarget—global growth accelerator and provider of intent data and insights to the B2B technology sector—has announced a partnership and integration with Salesloft, a Revenue Orchestration Platform. The integration is designed to help mutual customers build and accelerate their pipeline by efficiently identifying and engaging prospects in an active buying journey. Lesley Renna, SVP of Alliances and Ecosystem at Salesloft, says, “This integration helps our joint customers drive higher productivity and conversion rates by automatically adding prospects in an active buying cycle to Salesloft Cadences tailored to the topics that matter most to them.”
