ASAPP, an AI-powered contact center software provider, has announced new features for its GenerativeAgent tool. These enhancements include human-in-the-loop oversight, advanced conversation monitoring, and robust testing and simulation tools, which will help teams maximize the accuracy, control, and trust of their AI-automated conversations. Specific additions include conversation monitoring tools, additional testing and simulation options, and a Human-in-the-Loop Agent (HILA) with Approver Mode that allows human experts to review and approve AI responses in real-time or asynchronously.
Bloomreach and Snowflake Announce an Integration Partnership
Bloomreach, an agentic personalization platform, has announced a strategic partnership with the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. Together, the companies have launched an integration that connects Snowflake’s enterprise-grade data infrastructure with Bloomreach’s AI-driven marketing solutions. The integration will allow marketers to sync and activate customer attributes, events, and product data, enabling real-time personalization and campaign automation without IT support. Teams can also use the integration to automate campaign triggers based on Snowflake events, safeguard sensitive data, and power Loomi AI agents in Bloomreach with customer and product intelligence.
Folloze Launches a Suite of AI-Powered Creative Tools
Folloze, an AI-powered B2B Buyer Experience Platform, has launched Folloze Generator Agents, a new suite of AI-powered creative tools. These agents will enable B2B marketers to instantly create, personalize, and translate engaging and effective on-brand microsites and content in minutes. Etai Beck, co-founder and CEO of Folloze, says, “The new Generator Agents represent a transformative advance to Folloze’s rich buyer engagement platform, driving breakthrough gains in speed, precision, and value, while accelerating pipeline creation and helping marketing teams identify the ace-in-the-hole.”
Iterable Expands Its Partnership with Movable Ink
Iterable, an AI-powered customer communication solution, has expanded its collaboration with Movable Ink, an AI-based personalized content platform. With their partnership, the companies will help marketers deliver real-time, hyper-personalized customer engagement across email, SMS, in-app, and web channels. Specifically, Movable Ink and Iterable will launch a customer data API integration, embedded messaging integration, real-time data export integration, and a catalog API integration, helping teams reduce friction and accelerate time to market.
StackAdapt Debuts a Snowflake Native App
StackAdapt, a technology company focused on advertising and marketing, has announced its Snowflake Native App, powered by Snowflake Cortex AI. Available on Snowflake Marketplace, the Native App enables marketers to activate and analyze first-party data directly within the Snowflake ecosystem. With the support of Snowflake Cortex, marketers can use natural language to identify relevant columns for mapping, query tables, automate spreadsheet updates, and locate the precise data they need to execute their campaigns. StackAdapt’s Snowflake Native App is available now in public preview via Snowflake Marketplace.
Talkdesk Releases a Multi-Store Commerce Integration
Talkdesk, a Customer Experience Automation (CXA) solution, has announced the Talkdesk Multi-Store Commerce Integration. The integration is designed to help multi-brand retailers manage customer service across multiple Shopify and other commerce storefronts, all from a single Talkdesk account. This will enable businesses to scale support operations, accelerate onboarding for new stores, and improve customer experience across diverse portfolios. Tiago Paiva, chief executive officer and founder of Talkdesk, says, “Our new multi-store integration empowers them to deliver consistent, efficient support across every customer touchpoint, regardless of which brand they’re engaging with.”
