The additions include a new Data Hub, Breeze Agents, Breeze Marketplace and Studio, and AI-powered CPQ for the Commerce Hub suite. Loopio Launches a Browser Extension for Web Portals

Recall.ai Closes a Series B Funding Round
Recall.ai, a company building an API for meeting recordings, has closed $38 million in Series B funding at a valuation of $250 million. Bessemer Venture Partners led the financing, with participation from HubSpot Ventures and Salesforce Ventures. Recall.ai plans to use the capital to expand beyond meeting integrations and launch new conversation data capture capabilities, including the newly released Desktop Recording SDK, dialers, phone, and in-person meeting support. It will also focus on developing additional storage, playback, and agentic AI integrations to support the growing ecosystem of conversation-native software.
Thoma Bravo to Acquire Verint Systems
Thoma Bravo, a software investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase Verint Systems, a customer-centric contact center. Upon completion of the transaction, Thoma Bravo will combine Verint with Calabrio—which it acquired in 2021—to create a company offering a Customer Experience (CX) Automation Solutions portfolio. Dave Rhodes, Calabrio CEO, says, “Together, Calabrio and Verint will bring a powerful set of products to accelerate a shared vision: delivering an AI-powered, open CX-platform to customers who are focused on driving strong business outcomes in their operations.”
Topol.io Debuts as a Standalone Email Solution for Marketers
Topol.io, a drag-and-drop email builder, has announced its official separation from parent company Ecomail, the maker of an email marketing platform in Central Europe. This is a significant strategic milestone for Topol, allowing the company to pursue its roadmap, brand identity, and developer-first product strategy. Looking forward, the company plans to expand its offering into a suite of embeddable communication tools.
