Adobe Debuts Several New AI Agents
Adobe has announced the general availability of new AI agents designed to help businesses improve how they build, deliver, and optimize customer experiences and marketing campaigns. These out-of-the-box agents include the Audience, Journey, Experimentation, Data Insights, Site Optimization, and Product Support agents. The company also announced its plans to develop an AI platform powered by the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Agent Orchestrator to make it easier for its users to manage and customize agents from Adobe and across third-party ecosystems.
Blocks Secures $10 Million in Seed Funding
Blocks, an AI-powered platform for teams, has secured $10 million in a seed round led by monday.com—its debut investment—with additional backing from Qumra Capital and Entree Capital. Blocks will use the funding to accelerate its mission of providing a complete workspace to develop and adopt intelligent work tools and AI agents while maintaining complete control over data and integration. The company, founded by two monday.com alumni, provides teams with prebuilt workspaces that promote collaboration on projects between colleagues, clients, vendors, and partners.
Capacity to Acquire KLaunch
Capacity, an AI-powered support automation platform for contact centers, has acquired KLaunch, a conversational AI company that helps government, healthcare, nonprofit, and sports and entertainment companies connect with customers. The acquisition deepens Capacity’s conversational AI capabilities and expands its reach in key industries. As part of the transaction, the KLaunch team will integrate into the broader Capacity organization, with plans for customers to continue working with their existing teams while gaining access to Capacity’s capabilities, including enhanced automation tools, broader channel support, and greater scalability.
Contentstack Announces Agent OS and a New Brand Identity
Contentstack, the headless CMS pioneer, has announced Agent OS, an agentic AI offering designed to help brand interactions adapt to each customer. With Agent OS, companies can provide AI agents and automation with a unified understanding of brand voice, real-time customer insights, and other relevant data sets. This means agents can access a brand’s content, voice, audience profiling, and insights, while automating repetitive, predictable tasks. Contentstack also announced a new brand identity, which Gurdeep Dhillon, CMO at Contentstack, says reflects the rapid pace of innovation and “positions us to lead our customers into this new era.”
Incubeta Acquires RocketSource
Incubeta, a global digital marketing company, has acquired RocketSource, a consultancy known for its proprietary frameworks that provide the foundation for AI-driven transformation across marketing data, analysis, and activation. The acquisition will help Incubeta expand its human-centered AI offerings and improve its ability to deliver performance-driven marketing results. It also provides Incubeta’s clients with RocketSource’s proprietary frameworks, enterprise-grade data analysis, and new AI-driven solutions and workflows that combine Incubeta’s marketing expertise with RocketSource’s behavioral science knowledge and agentic AI-powered marketing solutions.
Mitel Appoints a New CEO
Mitel, a global business communications company, has appointed Mike Robinson as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Tarun Loomba. Robinson has over thirty years of experience in telecom, infrastructure, and enterprise services, including leadership roles as CEO, CFO, and board director across public and private companies worldwide. Other additions include an intuitive drag-and-drop interface to orchestrate workflows, on-page and site-wide optimization, and a GEO-ready CMS, a visibility engine for the era of AI-powered search. Salesforce Details the Enhancements Available in Its Winter ’26 Release
Salesforce has announced details on its Winter ’26 Release, which rolls out hundreds of new AI, data, and automation advancements.
