GoTo Expands Its GoTo Connect for Automotive Solution

GoTo, a cloud communications and IT provider, has announced multiple advancements for GoTo Connect for Automotive, its AI-powered communications platform designed for automotive dealers. With updates to the platform’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Dealer Management System (DMS) integrations, and the addition of 24/7 automated AI service scheduling and real-time reporting, every team from the showroom floor to the service bay can improve efficiency and gain a complete view of the customer journey.
