Cognizant and Typeface Announce a Strategic Partnership
Cognizant has announced a strategic partnership with Typeface, a personalized marketing AI platform. Klaviyo Debuts an Integration for ChatGPT
Klaviyo—a unified solution for B2C marketing automation, analytics, and customer service—has launched the Klaviyo app in ChatGPT. With this integration, marketers can access their Klaviyo data directly in ChatGPT and gain immediate insights into how their campaigns are performing. Skilljar Releases Its AI Tutor in Open Beta
Skilljar, a learning management system for customer education, has announced the open beta of AI Tutor, a new tool that’s embedded directly in Skilljar’s LMS. The AI Tutor provides real-time in-course guidance to help learners improve their use of generative AI. For example, instead of users having to leave their course to search, they can ask questions in plain language and get immediate answers, all from within their training program. The AI is designed not only to answer the question but also to guide the learner to “the next best step” based on their course content and stated learning goals.
