Its primary features include real-time fraud detection, in-depth spending analytics, expanded vendor management tools to simplify vendor onboarding, and AI-driven automations to process invoices, handles, approvals, and payment schedules.
Apromore Expands its Platform with New Features
Apromore—a global process mining and business process improvement technology provider—has detailed several new updates for its platform. These enhancements include a GenAI-enabled Copilot, advanced process analytics to help companies improve their operations, and the Apromore Compliance Center, a dedicated module for streamlining compliance management and reducing risks and costs. The company also introduced a new Variant Comparison tool to help businesses compare process variants from a single, integrated view.
Betterworks Launches a Private LLM Designed to Power its AI Tools
Betterworks, a performance management software company, has launched a private Large Language Model (LLM) designed to power its suite of AI tools. The private LLM offering aims to equip clients with ensured data security, enabling them to leverage AI technologies without compromising their privacy or compliance initiatives. Doug Dennerline, the Betterworks CEO, says, “Releasing our private LLM is just another step to ensure organizations can confidently leverage AI while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.”
Celonis and Ardoq Announce a Joint Solution
Celonis, a process mining and intelligence solution provider, has launched a joint solution with Ardoq, an enterprise architecture (EA) provider. The new offering uses the Celonis Process Intelligence platform and Ardoq’s modern EA technology to close the gap between business and IT teams by creating a digital twin of an organization. The digital twin will illustrate the correlation between business process performance and IT operations to help CIOs improve their ability to align their technology investments with specific business priorities.
Coupa Appoints a New Chief Product and Technology Officer
Coupa, a spend management platform provider, has announced that Salvatore Lombardo has joined the company as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). Lombardo previously served in several leadership roles for SAP, including various product and development management roles across procurement, suppliers, logistics, warehouse, customer management, and custom projects. As Coupa’s CPTO, he will spearhead the vision, articulation, and execution of the company’s innovation roadmap. Crowdbotics, an enterprise app development solution provider, has announced the availability of several new capabilities for its AI-powered application development platform. The new features include a Technical Recommendations tool that utilizes AI to decompose requirements into functional specifications. This tool complements another new feature, Application Code Generative, which can generate up to fifty percent of required code to lighten developer workloads. Whatfix Raises $125 Million in a Series E Funding Round
Whatfix, a digital adoption platform (DAP) provider, has secured $125 million in a Series E funding round. The funding was led by Warburg Pincus, with participation from existing investor SoftBank Vision Fund 2. Whatfix will use the investment to “expand its category leadership” and deepen its market presence in the global public sectors across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions. It will also use the funds to grow its integrated product suite via organic growth strategies and strategic acquisitions that help it extend into DAP-adjacent offerings.
