Sandeep is the Business Leader for Banking & Financial Services BPS; based out of London but spends considerable time in India. He has over 30 years of industry experience post MBA across multiple organizations. Prior to joining Hexaware in 2021, he worked at Wipro for 15 years, where he was instrumental in setting up the Capital Market's outsourcing business from scratch and growing it to a position of market leadership. He has a proven track record of successfully managing several large Transformational led engagements with multiple global banking clients across international delivery locations such as India, China, Philippines, Poland, Mexico, Dublin, Singapore, and the Americas.
