With the End of Q2 it is Clear Meru is Doing Something Right

Meru Q2 2012 Revenue

Meru Q2 2012 RevenueWhile we won’t bore you with all the numbers like non-GAAP net loss and gain, ratable revenues and stock-based compensation expense (primarily because I don’t fully understand them) we will tell you that Meru achieved their highest revenue in company history when they reported on their Q2 numbers. The numbers are a sign that Meru is doing something right when some might be faltering in this economic environment.

With total revenues for the second quarter of 2012 toping out at $24.5 million, Dr. Bami Bastani, president and CEO of Meru Networks said “We are very pleased with our execution in the second quarter, achieving the highest revenue in the company’s history and exceeding the financial goals that we set three months ago.” With more then 400 new customers attributing to Meru’s growth, they continue to expand their international reach working with educational, hospitality, healthcare and technology organizations across the globe. The growing BYOD trend coupled with Meru’s new product announcement, Identity Manager, probably helped their cause as well. Meru states it is, “the industry’s first integrated Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) provisioning and guest access solution with Property Management System (PMS) capabilities.” Click here to read more about Meru’s growth and their Q2 numbers marking the highest in company history.
