Siemplify today announced the release of the Siemplify Cloud, a cloud-native security operations platform. The Siemplify Cloud enables end-users and managed security services providers (MSSPs) to quickly derive value from security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR). Moreover, it seeks to reduce the complexity involved in deploying, maintaining, and operating a SOAR platform.
Siemplify provides SOAR tools and capabilities to enterprises and MSSPs. Its workbench enables security teams to manage their operations from end to end. In fact, the Siemplify Security Operations Platform combines SOAR with end-to-end security operations management.
Siemplify built the Siemplify Cloud using cloud-native technologies to enable securing hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The solution can connect to native cloud threat detection technologies as well as traditional detection tools such as SIEM and EDR. Therefore, it bridges the gap between cloud and on-premises security operations to deliver a unified incident response at speed.
The Siemplify Cloud is currently available. It makes use of Siemplify’s use case marketplace.
Amos Stern, CEO and co-founder of Siemplify, gave a statement with the release of the solution. “The technologies that security operations teams rely on daily, such as SIEM, EDR and threat intelligence, are moving to the cloud at an accelerated pace. Coupled with the fact that nearly every enterprise has a growing cloud footprint it needs to secure, there is no better place for a security operations platform than the cloud.”
“The combination of an on-premises deployment, time-consuming playbook creation and a lofty price tag has traditionally put SOAR out of reach for all but the highest end of the market.”
