DDN has announced the Infinia 2.0 object store for AI training and inference, making big claims for up to 100x improvement in AI data acceleration and 10x gain in datacenter and cloud cost efficiency. Infinia is an object storage system designed from the ground up with a key-value-based foundation.
Fortanix Releases 2025 GenAI Data Security Report

SvHCI can be deployed on a single server, or on two servers to enable high availability and eliminate downtime.
Quest Software Announces New Ransomware Recovery Features
Quest is redefining ITDR and disaster recovery standards by moving beyond detection and alerts, ensuring organizations can respond, disrupt, and recover faster than ever before. Security Guardian Shields Up allows customers to temporarily freeze all changes to Tier 0 objects, disrupting attacks against Active Directory that involve lateral movement and persistence.
VAST Data Adds Block Access to Existing File & Object Protocol Support
The system already supports real-time notification of data change events to external Kafka clusters. Now, it has its own Kafka event broker, added to the DataEngine, to receive, store, and distribute such events.
