Sisu Raises $62 Million in Series C Funding, Launches New Dashboards
Sisu Data recently announced that it has raised $62 million in Series C funding after doubling its headcount and tripling its revenue in the last year. The capital injection was led by Green Bay Ventures with participation from new and existing investors. In addition, Sisu also announced Explorations and Dashboards, two new capabilities that enable customers to hasten the process of decision intelligence.
Sisu Data offers a diagnostic analytics platform for structured data. The product automates manual data exploration so users can find hidden facts in complex data. Sisu automatically prioritizes facts based on their impact and provides detailed, interpretable context to refine and support conclusions. The tool features fact boards, annotations, and the ability to share facts and analysis across teams as well. As new information arrives in your cloud data warehouse, Sisu will continually re-evaluate metrics and surface new facts.
Explorations allow Sisu users to dig into, pivot, and visualize metrics without requiring code while dashboards let users view explorations, track metric changes, and share data drivers with others. According to the vendor, these features let analysts and business leaders transition between analyzing what has happened in their business to why it has happened, and what to do about it.”
In a media statement on the news, Sisu CEO Peter Bailis said: “This financing in combination with the launch of Explorations and Dashboards allows us to further our goal of redefining how business decisions are made by empowering everyone to better understand what’s happening to their businesses, why it’s happening, and what actions to take in response.”
