Optimove has announced the launch of OptiText, a native SMS marketing solution designed to help marketers capitalize on the benefits of native SMS in a single integrated platform. The new solution allows users to leverage first-party customer data stored in the Optimove CDP to create personalized SMS campaigns, streamline campaigns by consolidating efforts into one multichannel platform, start SMS campaigns that work alongside other marketing channels in the customer journey, measure the impact of those campaigns, and more.
Sendinblue, a digital marketing solution provider, has acquired Captain Wallet, a start-up mobile wallet marketing company. The acquisition will help Sendinblue expand its presence in valuable markets and address the needs of retailers by providing them with a customer loyalty and retention channel for businesses of all sizes. Captain Wallet will remain independent while bringing its expertise in mobile wallet marketing to Sendinblue. Companies can also continue to purchase Captain Wallet independently of other solutions offered by Sendinblue.
Tray.io, a low-code automation and integration company, has announced a new Lead Lifecycle Management solution to help companies recapture revenue lost by leaky lead funnels. The new functionalities will help RevOps teams break down interdepartmental siloes, gain deeper visibility into the buyer journey, and boost revenue. Some features of the new solution include standardized, plug-and-play templates for lead capture, streamlined integrations with existing tech stacks, purpose-built connectors for cross-departmental tools, and more.
Zmags, a Frontend-as-a-Service platform built for e-commerce marketers, has announced the release of Fastr Frontend, a Frontend-as-a-Service solution built for the business user. The new solution “unlocks” the data often lost in a company’s e-commerce tech stack and helps businesses use it to spotlight the best products for particular audiences. Fastr Frontend automatically updates storefronts with back-end data to ensure that only items currently in stock are prominently featured on a company’s e-commerce site.
Zoho Corporation, a leading technology company for businesses worldwide, has revealed details on its new unified communications platform, Trident. Zoho Trident is a collaboration, communication, and productivity experience platform that combines mail, messages, audio/video calls, tasks, calendars, and other outlets into a single location. Zoho also announced features for other solutions in the Zoho Workplace suite, including mobile device management, universal drag-and-drop functionality, OTP-restricted emails, an AI-based grammar tool called BluePencil, and more.
