Gong Acquires Rebound, an AI Prospecting Platform
Gong, a revenue AI OS provider, has acquired Rebound, an AI prospecting platform for GTM teams. The combination of Gong’s existing product and engineering teams with RightBound’s team of experts will help Gong accelerate the development of its future AI and workflow orchestration efforts. Additionally, RightBound’s expertise in aggregating, synthesizing, and verifying complex data and signals from dozens of third-party data sources will bolster the Gong Revenue Graph, including financial data, news, buying group information, contact job history, and much more.
Pipedrive Appoints a New Chief Financial Officer
Pipedrive, a sales CRM for small companies, has appointed Regi Vengalil as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Vengalil brings nearly twenty years of financial and strategic leadership experience from high-growth SaaS, fintech, and AI-driven companies. In his previous roles, he helped companies such as Trax Retail, Metromile, and Expedia Group navigate complex market landscapes and drive clarity and discipline in their financial operations. As CFO, Vengalil will oversee Pipedrive’s global Finance organization, covering payments, pricing, corporate strategy, and legal operations, and support the company in expanding its AI-native product capabilities.
Salesforce Debuts Agentforce Nonprofit
Salesforce has announced details on Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud), which is launching with new, purpose-built AI agents for fundraising, program management, volunteer coordination, and donor support. With Agentforce Nonprofit, companies gain access to AI agents that can enhance their teams and reduce administrative time, resulting in hundreds of hours saved. The pre-built offerings available now include AI agents for managing Prospect Research, Participant Management, Volunteer Capacity and Coverage, and Donor Support.
Salesforce and AWS Announce Agentforce 360 for AWS
Salesforce, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), has also announced Agentforce 360 for AWS. This new offering will run fully on AWS’s global, secure infrastructure, providing users with access to proven foundation models through Amazon Bedrock. The co-innovated solution will also give enterprises a safe path to addressing the most critical roadblocks in enterprise AI adoption, including trust, governance, and time to value. Available exclusively in AWS Marketplace in early 2026, Agentforce 360 for AWS will empower teams to deploy trusted agents at scale, streamline AI procurement, and accelerate ROI through seamless buying, billing, and aligned customer incentives.
Zendesk Details a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS
Zendesk, a service-centric CRM company, has announced a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). As part of the SCA, the companies will accelerate AI-powered contact center innovation and collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies that support the global growth of Zendesk Contact Center. They will also focus on integrating Amazon Connect voice capabilities, conversational analytics, and sentiment analysis with Zendesk Contact Center. Adrian McDermott, Zendesk CTO, says, “This collaboration helps Zendesk build the next generation of agent-centric solutions, where AI is seamlessly integrated—not bolted on—ensuring every interaction across channels, agents, and systems drives resolution.”
