Accenture, through Accenture Ventures, has invested in Alembic, an AI-powered causal marketing intelligence platform designed to predict which marketing campaigns will deliver a return on investment (ROI). As part of the investment, Accenture and Alembic are entering into a strategic partnership to help clients measure marketing effectiveness and utilize AI-driven insights to boost revenue, guide marketing spending, and identify the impact of marketing actions by assigning an impact score to each channel or marketing event.
ActiveCampaign Debuts a Marketing Connector for Anthropic’s Claude
ActiveCampaign, an autonomous marketing platform, has launched a marketing connector for Anthropic’s Claude. The integration, now available in Claude’s Connector Directory, will enable Claude users to directly access ActiveCampaign’s marketing capabilities for retrieving performance data, creating campaigns, updating CRM, and triggering automations through natural language. Jason VandeBoom, founder and CEO of ActiveCampaign, says, “By making ActiveCampaign’s billions of marketing data points available in Claude, we’re meeting users where they work. ASAPP Details a New Customer Experience Platform
ASAPP, an AI-powered contact center software, has introduced the Customer Experience Platform (CXP), an enterprise solution designed to build and scale the Agentic Enterprise. Powered by GenerativeAgent, the new offering delivers a personalized agent for every customer. Specific capabilities include voice-first accuracy, a multi-agent architecture, auxiliary agents, persisted interaction data, an open design, AgentDesk with Human-in-the-Loop Agent (HILA) functionality, and multiple tools for trust, governance, and compliance. The ASAPP Customer Experience Platform is available now to customers.
Iterable Releases a Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server
Iterable, an AI-native customer engagement platform, has released a Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server as the latest update in its expanding agentic marketing suite. With this new access layer, Iterable aims to empower developers and technical marketers to connect specialized AI tools—i.e., Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, and others—directly to the Iterable platform, enabling natural-language direction to be transformed into governed, real-time platform actions. LearnUpon Acquires Courseau
LearnUpon, a global learning technology provider, has announced its acquisition of Courseau, an AI-assisted course authoring platform. The acquisition will help LearnUpon accelerate its mission to make learning creation and delivery faster and more accessible for organizations everywhere. Additionally, by combining LearnUpon’s delivery platform with Courseau’s AI-native authoring technology, organizations can transform their internal expertise into structured, evidence-based learning experiences up to “50 times faster than traditional methods.”
Maropost Reveals a Commerce Cloud Solution
Maropost, a unified commerce platform provider, has released Maropost Commerce Cloud, a new addition to the brand’s suite of products for e-commerce and retail merchants, built as part of its Unified Commerce solution suite. The latest offering will provide teams with simplified inventory management, rapid storefront creation, optimized checkout experiences, cross-channel marketing tools, and more. Mitel Outlines the New Features Available in Mitel CX 2.0
Mitel, a business communications platform, has introduced Mitel CX 2.0. As the latest evolution of its customer experience (CX) platform, Mitel CX 2.0 combines AI-driven intelligence and enterprise-grade administration in a single, unified solution. The platform is designed to operate in hybrid communication environments. It focuses on helping organizations leverage GenAI virtual agents to complement the work of contact center professionals, boosting productivity, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. Salesforce Completes Its Acquisition of Informatica
Salesforce, the global AI CRM provider, has completed its acquisition of Informatica, an enterprise AI-powered cloud data management company.
