Denodo has announced the release Denodo Standard, a new data integration solution available on leading cloud marketplaces. Denodo Standard utilizes the company’s data virtualization engine to enable real-time analytics and data services without replicating the data into another repository. The product can be purchased directly from a customer’s preferred cloud marketplace of choice, whether on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. The offering also touts by-the-hour pricing as well.
Denodo is a major player in the data virtualization tools marketplace. Founded in 1999 and based in Palo Alto, Denodo offers high-performance data integration and abstraction across a range of big data, enterprise, cloud, unstructured and real-time data services. Denodo also provides access to unified business data for business intelligence, data analytics, and single-view applications. The Denodo Platform is the only data virtualization solution to be provisioned as a virtual image on Amazon AWS Marketplace.
Denodo Standard provides all the capabilities to quickly get data integration projects into production. It features a web user interface with a no code/low-code data design studio augmented by AI-powered suggestions and the option to choose from more than 150 out-of-the-box connectors to various data sources. Key features include an integrated Apache-Zeppelin-based data science notebook, no-code creation of data APIs, and a breadth of cloud connectivity options.
In a media statement about the news, Denodo Senior Vice President Ravi Shankar said “The goal of Denodo Standard is to enable organizations of all sizes to unlock the value of their data assets faster, and with a lower cost and resource commitment. By leveraging cloud infrastructure automation, usage-based pricing, and free trials in the cloud marketplaces, we have lowered barriers to start using Denodo for data integration.”
