Emerging MEAP Start-Up Motocol and their Disruptive MEAP Solution

We may have a new comer in the world of Mobile Enterprise Application Platform (MEAP) software, and it seems as though they are received acclaim for their recent work. The company is Colorado bases start-up Motocol how has recently been named one of three finalists for the Apex Technology Startup of the Year.

APEX is the Colorado Technology Association’s annual industry conference celebrating accomplishments, recognizing excellence, sparking innovation and introducing disruptive opportunities and apparently Motocol has done just that for their recent work in the MEAP space. Erik Mitisek, CEO of Colorado Technology Association commented, “At the dinner September 10th, 850 industry leaders came together to celebrate and honor technology excellence in Colorado. Motocol was recognized because it is disrupting the $1.6B Mobile Enterprise Application Platform (MEAP) space with a new framework that capitalizes on the competitive advantages of Cloud Computing and HTML5.”

Mobile devices and BYOD trends in the enterprise are changing the way organizations operate, communicate and access information and data. This new mobility and diversity in devices and platforms have made traditional MEAP solutions pushing to keep up. Motocol’s advantage comes in the fact that their MEAP was built with HTML5 so it runs on every mobile platform and is supported by every mobile app store.
