AWS and Salesforce Expand Their Partnership with New Integrations
Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Salesforce are extending their partnership with integrations that bring CRM context, AI agents, and model options into the tools enterprise teams already use. As part of their collaboration, Salesforce data and actions will be available in Amazon Quick; the AWS DevOps Agent will be available in Slack, with additional AWS agents planned; and Agentforce users can access Amazon Bedrock models. The companies are also expanding zero-copy access across AWS data services and Salesforce Data 360, reducing the need to migrate data for agent grounding.
Circana Launches an AI-Powered Analysis Builder
Circana, a company focused on turning consumer data into growth, has introduced Analysis Builder, an AI-powered addition to its Unify+ analytics platform designed to reduce the manual effort required to generate usable reports from consumer and market data. Included in the release is a Visualization Gallery for generating presentation-ready outputs that can be exported to PowerPoint, Excel, or PDF, as well as an AI Insights capability that produces headlines, summaries, and customizable analyses, all in seconds.
Demandbase Debuts a B2B Marketing Agent
Demandbase, a pipeline engine for AI GTM, has released Mojo, a B2B marketing agent that represents a major push into agentic marketing. Mojo is designed to define audiences, develop briefs, and launch and manage campaigns across connected tools, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Marketo, Salesforce, Slack, and more. It will also provide marketers with a new operating model that allows them to spend less time managing launch mechanics and more time on the strategy and creative that drive the pipeline.
Gainsight Reveals New Headless Agentic Integrations with Agentforce and Slack
Gainsight, a customer retention company, has announced new headless agentic integrations with Agentforce and Slack through headless Model Context Protocol connectors. The release combines commercial CRM data with post-sale signals such as product adoption, health scores, sentiment, stakeholder changes, and learning data from Skilljar. These additions will help revenue teams protect renewals, track shifts in customer sentiment, identify opportunities for expansion, close the capability gap, and make the handoff smoother.
HubSpot and OpenAI Expand Their Partnership
HubSpot and OpenAI have deepened their partnership with a new CRM integration for ChatGPT Ads, designed to help customers create, manage, and measure ad campaigns directly in HubSpot. Additionally, the companies have expanded HubSpot’s ChatGPT connector to support functions such as campaign creation, landing page development, closed-won deal analysis, lead progression analysis, and answer engine optimization workflows. There is also a joint AI Growth Bundle available, which pairs discounted HubSpot offerings with ChatGPT Business seats and promotional ChatGPT Ads credits.
Knak Releases a Mobile Message Builder
Knak, an AI production layer for enterprise marketing, has launched Mobile Message Builder, which brings SMS and Rich Communication Services production to its enterprise marketing workflow platform. The new capability places mobile content alongside email and landing-page production, enabling marketing teams to apply shared brand standards, approvals, asset management, versioning, and audit trails across channels. It also supports building RCS messages and their SMS fallback together, with AI used to generate the SMS variant.
Mediaocean Details a New Initiative for Supporting AI Startups in Advertising
Mediaocean, a technology and AI partner for omnichannel advertising, has revealed Mediaocean AI Ventures, an investment and commercialization initiative focused on early- and growth-stage AI startups serving advertising and marketing workflows. Beyond capital, the initiative will provide access to Mediaocean’s platform footprint, including its NIVO AI framework and Model Context Protocol capabilities, to help portfolio companies integrate into agency and brand operations. The venture is backed by CVC Capital Partners, TA Associates, and Eterna Growth Partners.
Pipedrive Announces the Availability of Its AI Meeting Intelligence Capability
Pipedrive, an intelligent CRM for small and medium-sized businesses, has announced the general availability of Nova, its native AI meeting-intelligence capability. Nova is designed to use existing CRM context, records, and meeting transcriptions to prepare sellers for calls, generate summaries and follow-up actions, and propose CRM updates. Joe Futty, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Pipedrive, says that “Nova gets everything else out of their way so reps can spend that energy doing the one thing they’re actually paid to do: sell. That’s what we built Nova to do.”
Salesforce and NVIDIA Introduce a CRM Reasoning Model
Salesforce and NVIDIA have introduced Koa, a CRM-focused reasoning model for Agentforce built on NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super. Koa is post-trained on synthetic scenarios modeled on nearly three decades of CRM knowledge, rather than on customer data, enabling it to support multistep enterprise tasks such as opportunity updates, case routing, and follow-up scheduling. The updated collaboration with the two companies will also bring NVIDIA open models and accelerated computing to the Missionforce suite, equipping government and regulated organizations with deeper control over their models, data, and deployment environments.
