Presentation: The Development of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems

We didn’t get here overnight. The road to the modern ERP system is a long and winding one (cue “The Long and Winding Road”). Emerging from the 1960s, the earliest iterations of Enterprise Resource Planning systems were crude, expensive, and incredibly clumsy. Fast forwards 50 years and, well, we’ve certainly come a long way.
