Salesforce recently announced that it is bringing a series of new automation capabilities to its Einstein Automation solution. These new products include MuleSoft RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Digital Process Automation, and Einstein Document Reader. They can help users of all experience levels take advantage of low-code tools, automate manual processes, and integrate data across their company’s systems.
Salesforce offers one of the most expansive and complete CRM products on the market. The platform includes all of the company’s sales and marketing applications, most notably the Sales and Marketing Clouds, Service Cloud, Analytics Cloud, App Cloud, and IoT service. Salesforce is fully mobile, and its Complete Customer Management Solution is best-in-class. Einstein Automate is a product portfolio of integration, workflow automation, digital interactions, and AI functionalities embedded throughout the Salesforce platform.
With the announcement of these new Einstein Automate capabilities, Salesforce continues to equip its customers with easy-to-use low-code tools for workflow automation. The Digital Process Automation features are available now and will help users develop branded experiences with drag-and-drop tools. Meanwhile, the Einstein Document Reader feature, which is currently in pilot, can automatically scan documents like I-9s and driver’s licenses and take action on the data it collects. The MuleSoft RPA product is planned for a 2022 launch and will introduce automation capabilities that use bots to automatically process documents, enter data, and take action as needed.
