LogRhythm Releases LogRhythm Cloud—a Cloud-Based SIEM Solution

SIEM and security operations center technology provider LogRhythm announced the release of their new cloud-based SIEM solution: LogRhythm Cloud.

Essentially, LogRhythm Cloud brings the LogRhythm NextGen SIEM Platform to the cloud. The NextGen SIEM Platform can collect and analyze trillions of security events and threat indicators; it can detect and prevent cyber threats. Additionally, the solution uses machine learning and security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) functionality in its cybersecurity.

Meanwhile, the new solution incorporates all of the capabilities of the LogRhythm NextGen SIEM platform. However, it also requires less time to deploy, administer and maintain. As a result, this cloud-based solution can reduce the mean time to detect and mean time to respond to digital threats.

Moreover, the cloud solution also provides incident response playbooks, cases management, integrated threat intelligence feeds, and workflow automation. The solution works to maximize security operations center efficiency and deliver SOAR capabilities.

What to Know About the LogRhythm Cloud

Chris Petersen, Co-Founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at LogRhythm, shared his thoughts on the solution’s design. “We designed LogRhythm Cloud to deliver customers our full breadth of battle-tested NextGen SIEM platform capabilities when it comes to detecting advanced threats and ensuring the most rapid response possible.”

Technology research giant Gartner recognized LogRhythm as a Leader in their SIEM Magic Quadrant in 2018 and in previous years. Additionally, LogRhythm was named in the Gartner 2019 Peer Insights for SIEM and The Forrester Wave Report for Security Analytics Platforms Q3 2018.

Earlier this year, LogRhythm released an automated network security solution called LogRhythm NDR.
