BC Partners Acquires a Majority Stake in Madison Logic

BC Partners, an international investment firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Madison Logic, a global provider of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software provider, from Clarion Capital Partners (Clarion). With BC Partners’ support, Madison Logic will have access to additional capital to invest in its growth trajectory and drive organic and inorganic growth with deeper technology functionalities and new capabilities in new geographies, industries, and advertising mediums. Current Madison Logic shareholders and Clarion will maintain ownership stakes in Madison logic and support the new partnership with BC Partners.
