GetResponse, the marketing automation software provider, has announced the launch of an E-Commerce Marketing Automation solution. The new e-commerce solution includes capabilities for transactional emails, segmentation, promo codes, omnichannel customer engagement, pop-ups, pre-built automation templates, product recommendations, and on-click integrations with leading e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.


Higher Logic Updates the Higher Logic Vanilla Brand with New Features

Higher Logic, a cloud-based community platform provider, has launched a refreshed product brand for its Higher Logic Vanilla offering. The update follows Higher Logic’s acquisition of Vanilla Forums, which occurred in 2021. It introduces a new user experience, integration with Productboard, federated search functionalities, and deeper integration with Salesforce Activity Sync. Other updates, like updated visual editing tools and more integrations, are scheduled to launch later in 2022.


Invoca Announces Invoca for Multi-Location CX, a New Conversation Intelligence Solution

Invoca has announced Invoca for Multi-Location CX, a new conversation intelligence solution designed for multi-location and franchise brands. The new solution combines automated call scoring, AI-powered speech analytics, conversational IVR, and intelligent call routing capabilities to help multi-location and franchise brands measure location call handling, improve conversion rates at every location they manage, reduce missed calls, provide frictionless customer experiences, and gather customer insights. Invoca Multi-Location CX works with every telephony provider and is designed to be easy to use, so non-technical sales and operations users can benefit from it without assistance.


Salesforce Partners with Amazon Web Services to Provide Non-Profit Organizations with Open-Source Technology

Salesforce has revealed details on a new partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to develop an open-source offering for Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud users. The solution, Data Lake for Nonprofit Cloud, is powered by AWS and will enable users to transform data into actionable insights with visual analytics tools, helping non-profits make more informed decisions. Data Lake for Nonprofit Cloud will launch on GitHub as an open-source offering and can be tailored to the needs of each business that uses it.
