Actiontec Launches the First Enterprise-grade Wireless Display Solution

Actiontec Electronics has just announced their latest product, the ScreenBeam Enterprise Edition. This Wireless display system is the first of its kind for enterprises and enables “swipe to connect” wireless display capabilities for large enterprises who need a large-scale deployment. This line of wireless receivers is designed for the demanding enterprise environment and supports dual-band 802.11ac, enterprise-level security, BYOD, centralized IT management, and Intel Pro WiDi. ScreenBeam Enterprise Edition redefines what’s possible in today’s modern conference room.

ScreenBeam aims to give enterprise users freedom from wires and a more streamlined experience in the conference room. It will give users much needed space and comfort by removing cables and allowing them to swipe to connect displays and projectors enabling them to share presentations and other content from their compatible laptop, smartphone, or tablet, wirelessly.

Instead of struggling with connections and having to call IT every time someone needs to hook up a presentation, anyone in the room can display their content without the need for special adapters or proximity to the projector.
