Zoho has announced the launch of Canvas, a no-code design studio that empowers businesses across industries to create custom CRM interfaces and streamline CRM implementations into contextual, employee-facing experiences that boost CRM adoption rates. Canvas is available in every edition of Zoho CRM at no additional cost, and Zoho plans to implement it into other Zoho products in the coming years.
Zoho is a multinational company specializing in software development, cloud computing, and web-based business tools. It offers a collection of products and applications across major business categories, including marketing, sales, customer service, email, human resources, financial, management, business intelligence, and other back-office operations.
With Canvas, Zoho CRM is equipping companies with the tools they need to create CRM interfaces suited to the role of individual employees, without any IT or developed involvement required. Canvas is equipped with capabilities like simple drag-and-drop editor tools, template galleries, extensive formatting options, role-based assignments, industry-relevant views, and self-service tools that make it easy to share Canvas creations over portals.
Mani Vembu, the COO of Zoho, says, “A lot of CRM software already offers an abundance of personalization for customer experiences, but the same is not true for employee experiences. As a result, everyone’s using the same system and paying the productivity tax for no reason. Imagine a reality where the system is tailor-made for each employee’s role. That is true all-around personalization, and that’s what we’re bringing to market with Canvas. We believe it’s a more natural solution to the challenge of software adoption. Our ultimate aim is for businesses to create enterprise-wide software experiences with consumer-grade simplicity.”
