For enterprise commerce teams, this initiative extends the focus beyond traditional search optimization to ensure that ratings, reviews, and brand content can be surfaced accurately by emerging AI interfaces.
Capacity Secures $54 Million in a Series E Funding Round
Capacity, an agentic support automation platform, has raised more than $54 million in Series E funding, bringing its total funding to more than $159 million. The company plans to use these funds to expand its AI-native customer experience platform, grow its go-to-market and customer success teams, support its continued international expansion, and invest in strategic partnerships and platform integrations that broaden Capacity’s ecosystem. This funding also follows a period of rapid growth for the company, which recently surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), growing 20x in 3.5 years.
Optimizely Debuts a Collection of Role-Specific AI Coworkers
Optimizely, an AI platform for marketing, has launched Virtual Teammates, a suite of role-specific AI coworkers designed to handle ongoing marketing responsibilities. The initial lineup spans roles such as chief of staff, SEO and AI search analyst, marketing analyst, personalization strategist, and conversion-rate optimization manager. Each agentic teammate can also be configured with organizational permissions, connected systems, scheduled work, and retained context from prior projects, streamlining their ability to perform assigned tasks.
Phonely Debuts Alma, a Language Model Built for Voice Agents
Phonely, an AI-powered voice agent platform, has introduced Alma, a language model built specifically for voice agents. The model was trained on 10 million phone conversations and delivers response times under 200 milliseconds, positioning it as a lower-latency, lower-cost alternative to general-purpose models for real-time calls. Additionally, since Phonely owns the model and operates it across millions of live conversations, it can use those calls to continuously improve agent performance.
SurveyMonkey Reveals a Collection of Platform Updates
SurveyMonkey, the global survey software company, has announced “Today’s SurveyMonkey,” a platform refresh that combines conversational AI survey creation, automated analysis, expanded AI tool integrations, HRIS connectivity, and a redesigned user experience. Zoho Introduces New Agent-Ready Development Capabilities for Its Catalyst Offering
Zoho, a global technology company, has enhanced its Catalyst platform-as-a-service with agent-ready development capabilities built to connect application coding, deployment infrastructure, and governance. The updates include support for Model Context Protocol, Agent Skills, a non-interactive command-line interface, and integrations with coding assistants such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. With these additions, developers can use the AI coding assistants of their choice while the Catalyst platform provides the underlying full-stack serverless infrastructure and controls.
