Acquia, an open digital experience company, has announced several new enhancements for its customer data platform (CDP) to expand its ability to support enterprise marketing capabilities. These enhancements will improve how marketers and data scientists utilize the information the Acquia CDP manages, strengthening the product’s role in composable customer data strategies. Additional features to Acquia’s CDP include direct SQL access, a unified data layer, and integration capabilities with Acquia’s digital asset management (DAM) solution.
Aisera, an AI-driven service experience platform for automated customer experiences, has announced that its solutions are now available as an app integration on Zendesk’s Sunshine Conversations Marketplace. The integration will provide Zendesk customers with self-service, workflow automation, and AI-powered customer service assistance capabilities to end-users. The two companies will also collaborate on use cases across the customer service, sales, marketing, support, and e-commerce markets. For example, Zendesk customers will now have access to Aisera’s AI and automation platform.
Nextiva recently announced that it named Olen Scott as its new Channel Chief, a decision to showcase its commitment to its channel ecosystem and partner success. Scott brings twenty-five years of industry experience to the role, has been recognized as a CRN Channel Chief, and previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer for Stored Energy Systems, a power systems company focusing on data center infrastructure. Reputation, a reputation experience management software provider, has announced that its platform is now listed in the HubSpot App Marketplace. The integration will provide HubSpot customers with easy access to business location sentiment data, allowing them to collect actionable insights to improve customer retention, drive revenue, and improve operations efficiency. Users will also have access to Reputation’s proprietary benchmark metric, the Reputation Score, which can measure a company brand against industry standards.
