Acquia, a digital experience solution provider, has completed its acquisition of Monsido, a SaaS-based solution for website accessibility and optimization. The Monsido platform is designed to help companies of all sizes monitor their website accessibility, content quality, content governance, search engine optimization (SEO), data privacy, and performance. With this acquisition, Acquia will expand the capabilities of its digital experience platform, Acquia DXP. Monsido’s platform will be available as part of the Acquia DXP product or as a standalone offering.

Axios HQ Appoints a CMO and Releases New Integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams
Axios HQ, an internal communications software company, exceeded $10 million in ARR in 2023 and is starting the next phase of its business strategy with two announcements. These include the launch of new integrations between Axios HQ’s Smart Brevity solution and the Slack and Microsoft Teams applications and the appointment of Chris Willis as the company’s first Chief Marketing Officer. Willis has over twenty years of experience helping tech and AI companies through accelerated growth periods. Willis has previously served as the CMO of companies like Acrolinx, Perfecto Mobile, Verivo Software, and Pyxis Mobile.

Calabrio Expands its Contact Center Suite by Acquiring Wysdom
Calabrio, a customer-centric contact center solution, has acquired Wysdom, an AI and virtual agent performance solution provider. The acquisition will support Calabrio’s strategy of helping customers leverage AI and machine learning to improve agent engagement, productivity, and return on investment (ROI). It will also help Calabrio customers get more mileage from calabrio’s quality management, employee engagement, customer interaction data management, and workforce performance tools.

Integrate Announces the Launch of Pipeline360
Integrate, a B2B marketing demand management platform for enterprise teams, has announced Pipeline360. Pipeline360 will function as a new media arm that provides users with an “all-in-one” integrated media solution for account intelligence, digital advertising, and content syndication. It will incorporate what was previously known as the Integrate Lead Generation Marketplace with enhanced multi-channel, full-funnel, and global campaign management tools like real-time analytics, lead validation, lead standardization, and segmentation.

Keap Launches Its Latest Product Release
Keap, a small business automation software provider, has launched Keap Ultimate, which is the latest upgrade to Keap Max Classic. The new offering combines features from Keap Pro and Keap Max with the “robustness” of Keap Max Classic, alongside new AI features to redefine user interaction. Existing Max Classic users can upgrade to Keap Ultimate for free today. For a limited period, users will also have the flexibility to switch between Keap Ultimate and Keap Max Classic. Additionally, Keap announced several other features for its platform, including upgrades to its Content Assistant tool and new features for applying custom tracking to URLs, accessing detailed automation information for contacts, and more.

Radiant Logic Announces New AI-Powered Solutions
Radiant Logic, an Identity Data Fabric company, has announced RadiantOne AI and AIDA, two new artificial intelligence solutions. RadiantOne AI is an AI engine powered by a data lake designed to correlate data across multiple sources, provide contextual information that drives better decision-making, increase compliance with organizational policies, and meet audit demands. Meanwhile, AIDA is a generative AI data assistant that works alongside the RadiantOne AI solution to help companies “reinvent” the user access review process.
