Through the partnership, Alorica will bring Crescendo’s platform to all current and prospective clients, aiming to help enterprises operationalize AI across live channels such as voice and chat. Additionally, the partnership involves the two companies co-developing an AI-native center of excellence within Alorica, as well as new market offerings for enterprise live-channel CX.
Aurasell Releases an Agent Builder Tool for GTM Teams
Aurasell, an AI-native GTM platform, has announced Agent Builder, a new capability that empowers GTM teams to build, orchestrate, and operationalize agentic workflows across their entire GTM ecosystem without writing a single line of code. The feature is built on three unique platform pillars: Aura Context, Aura Trust, and Aura IQ. These pillars will give companies a graph that connects conversations, channels, and signals in a real-time view of customers; enterprise-grade security built on RBAC and policy controls; and GTM intelligence built by operators, for operators.
Bloomreach Enhances its Loomi Conversational Agent
Bloomreach, an AI company focused on personalization, has announced enhancements for its Loomi conversational agent, an AI shopping assistant that turns complex searches into guided shopping conversations. The agent uses an advanced conversational engine and the ability to connect with third-party tools to drive experiences across the customer journey by remembering shopper preferences, reasoning through complex requests, fetching real customer reviews, and guiding individuals from their first search straight to checkout. Additionally, the insights gathered can be surfaced in a self-serve analytics dashboard for brands, helping them understand trending themes and questions, identify catalog gaps, and assess performance.
CallMiner Introduces AI Guidance Features to Its Product Suite
CallMiner, a customer experience (CX) automation provider, is enhancing its product suite with new AI guidance capabilities built to deliver on-demand agent support with human-in-the-loop oversight. The new feature, available in CallMiner RealTime, is an agentic AI tool that empowers teams to request context‑aware AI support during live customer interactions. This will complement existing AI-powered event-based alerts by providing businesses with a comprehensive range of in-the-moment assistance.
Chaser Moves Out of Beta and Debuts an Integration with Claude
Chaser, a task and project management platform that lives entirely inside Slack, has announced its official launch, as it moves out of beta alongside a new integration with Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant. The new integration is built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and will help teams use Chaser to plan, assign, and track work directly with Claude. Users who connect the Slack MCP to Claude, in addition to Chaser, can take advantage of features such as running a daily Slack digest and prompting Claude to propose new Chaser tasks for the user and their team members.
Contentful Debuts a Solution for Measuring a Brand’s Presence in AI Search Engines
Contentful, a digital experience platform, has announced the general availability of Palmata, a new offering to help organizations understand, measure, and improve how their company is represented in AI answer engines. Palmata is powered by the proprietary Sounder Discovery Agent, enabling it to continuously observe, learn, and synthesize the signals that influence AI-generated answers by conducting ongoing analysis of publicly available data. Karthik Rau, CEO at Contentful, says, “Today, AI systems increasingly shape how businesses are discovered, understood, and evaluated before a customer ever visits a website. Palmata helps organizations navigate this shift by turning AI discovery risk into a credible plan for growth.”
Five9 Launches New Voice AI Agents Capabilities
Five9, an Intelligent CX Platform provider, has launched the latest release of its Voice AI Agents, which will run on a new, purpose-built architecture designed from the ground up for the agentic era. This will help enterprises move beyond scripted bots and legacy Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. The updated Five9 Voice AI Agents will deliver a purpose-built foundation for agentic self-service, human-like voice self-service tools, secure tool calling that enables AI agents to connect with enterprise systems to perform real-time actions, enterprise-grade trust and governance, and streamlined human and AI collaboration.
Hightouch Announces Lifecycle Studio
Hightouch, a company focused on data and AI for marketing, has announced Lifecycle Studio, a workspace designed to help marketing teams create and execute on-brand, personalized campaigns. Lifecycle Studio, the second studio available in Hightouch’s Agentic Marketing Platform (AMP), will provide marketers with agents grounded in the full context of their brand, customers, and campaign history, enabling them to develop production-ready, cross-channel campaigns. Teams can also use the workspace to optimize existing campaigns, launch new campaigns faster, and turn market trends into new campaigns.
Markup AI Details Its Content Guardian Agents
Markup AI, a platform that enables marketing teams to review AI-generated content at scale, has revealed the Content Guardian Agents, a suite of AI-powered quality agents purpose-built for marketing teams publishing content. The platform is built to evaluate content for brand voice, audience fit, accuracy, human voice, and AI citability. A browser extension for Google Docs is available today, and enterprise teams can also access the platform via native API and MCP server integrations to embed Markup AI directly into existing LLM and CMS workflows.
MoEngage Acquires Aampe
MoEngage, an agentic customer data and engagement platform, has acquired Aampe, an AI infrastructure company that provisions a dedicated, autonomous AI agent for individual brand customers. The acquisition will bring Aampe’s reinforcement learning engine natively into MoEngage, creating an engagement platform where workflow and decisioning agents can operate from a single, unified system to deliver 1:1 personalization at scale. Additionally, Aampe’s founding team—Paul Meinshausen, Schaun Wheeler, and Sami Abboud—will join MoEngage to lead its Agentic Decisioning initiatives.
Optimizely Unveils a New Brand Identity
Optimizely, an AI platform for marketing, has unveiled its new brand identity. Alex Atzberger, CEO at Optimizely, explains, “AI should make the mundane elements of marketing easier so brands can focus on the things that AI could never replace: human curiosity, creativity, and compassion, which allows them to build something distinctive. The integration is now available to all customers, enabling brands to plan, schedule, and automatically publish Stories and Spotlights to Snapchat, all from Sprout’s platform. Talkdesk Reveals a New Tool for Managing the Lifecycle of Customer Service AI Agents
Talkdesk, a Customer Experience Automation (CXA) provider, has announced the Talkdesk Agent Builder, a natural-language-driven tool to help business users and technical teams manage the full lifecycle of their customer service AI agents. With this tool, customer experience (CX) users can describe the outcome they want to achieve, and Agent Builder will create, test, diagnose, and validate the AI agent before it interacts with a customer. This will streamline the path to production, reduce deployment risk, and enable teams to build a trusted AI workforce in hours rather than weeks.
Verint Unveils Features That Bring Agentic AI to Contact Center Management
Verint, a Customer Experience (CX) Automation company, has introduced three expanded capabilities to bring agentic AI to the forefront of contact center management. The capabilities—Workforce Intelligence, Desktop Intelligence, and Quality Intelligence—are designed to help organizations manage, measure, and improve the work of humans and AI agents alike. Built on the Verint Agent Factory, these capabilities will streamline the process of connecting insights into agent behavior, aligning work with the processes that drive stronger outcomes.
Zeta Global Announces Its Strategic Partnership with Palantir
Zeta Global, an AI Marketing Cloud provider, has announced a strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies, a global company focused on artificial intelligence and data platforms. Together, the companies will develop an enterprise AI infrastructure layer that connects operational and customer intelligence with marketing execution. For example, they will combine AI infrastructure with Zeta’s intelligent decisioning and data to set “a new standard” for data-driven, agentic marketing in the enterprise. The partnership will also involve a deep technical integration that brings Palantir Foundry’s ontology, governance, and operational infrastructure into Zeta’s Data Cloud, which will be rearchitected on Foundry.
6sense Unveils AI-Recommended Leads
6sense, a GTM Intelligence Platform for the agentic era, has introduced AI-Recommended Leads, an AI-driven capability built to surface high-quality, CRM-ready contacts for engaged accounts across 6sense advertising campaigns. The AI-Recommended Leads capability will draw on 6sense’s people intelligence, persona-targeting logic, and campaign engagement signals to identify and surface high-confidence contacts for each qualified account. Marketers can then receive those contacts in a downloadable list that goes directly to AI Email, a BDR team, or a sales representative.
