Bloomreach Launches an “Ask Me Anything” Tool for Brands and Retailers
Bloomreach, an AI company for personalization, has launched an “Ask Me Anything” agentic capability for brands and retailers. Powered by Loomi, the company’s agentic personalization platform, the new capability turns the search bar into a single entry point where shoppers can search by keyword, ask conversational shopping questions, and get customer service help, all without switching tools or pages. With support from Loomi’s capabilities, the “Ask Me Anything” tool can recognize shopper intent, route requests to the right experience in real-time, leverage generative tools to provide additional guidance, and more.
HG Insights Debuts a GEO-Powered Software Review Platform
HG Insights, an AI-powered revenue growth intelligence solution, has announced one of the first GEO-powered software review platforms. The new release will evolve the TrustRadius vendor solution into HG Customer Voice, a full vendor intelligence solution that provides B2B technology vendors with AI search visibility monitoring, verified peer reviews, embedded technographic data, and expert optimization services, all in one place. This will make it easier for teams to identify which products and services buyers are researching, which technologies companies are actually using, and which AI is informing the market.
Jasper Expands Its Executive Team
Jasper, a marketing agent platform, has promoted Tom Newton to Chief Marketing Officer and appointed Lauren Newman as Chief Financial Officer. Klaviyo Acquires Agency, an AI-Native Customer Success Company
Klaviyo, an autonomous B2C CRM, has reached an agreement to acquire the team and technology of Agency, an AI-native customer success company led by co-founder and CEO Elias Torres. The acquisition will help Klaviyo strengthen the AI capabilities across its CRM platform. Once the deal closes, Torres will become Chief Product Officer and lead Klaviyo’s agent product line, including Composer and Customer Agent. Torres will report to Andrew Bialecki, who will continue to serve as Glaviyo co-CEO, overseeing Klaviyo’s overall vision and business strategy.
Pipedrive Announces Its Acquisition of Outfunnel
Pipedrive, a CRM for small and medium-sized businesses, has acquired Outfunnel, a sales-and-marketing automation startup, and the top-rated app on the Pipedrive Marketplace. Outfunnel has already been helping companies sync customer data between Pipedrive and marketing tools like Mailchimp and Klaviyo. With this acquisition, Outfunnel will bring its expertise and technology directly to the Pipedrive platform, making it available to customers as a built-in capability rather than an add-on they need to find in the Marketplace.
Power Digital Reveals Its Proprietary AI Ecosystem
Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, has announced a proprietary AI ecosystem designed to make, execute, and compound growth decisions in real-time. Thryv, an AI-native growth platform for small businesses (SMBs), has launched a new platform purpose-built for local service businesses. The redesigned solution combines AI software with the option to receive marketing assistance from Thryv experts, enabling brands to identify their highest-value leads, get found online, and understand the marketing investments that drive meaningful revenue. Additionally, Thryv can now integrate with the field service management (FSM) platforms that service businesses already use, helping them create a consistent flow of AI-driven leads directly into their existing workflows.
Wunderkind and Cordial Detail a New Partnership
Wunderkind, an AI decisioning platform that combines identity resolution with cross-channel personalization, has announced a partnership with Cordial, the cross-channel messaging platform built on an AI-native CDP.
