Cleo Updates Cloud Integration Platform with a Focus on E-Commerce
Illinois-based Cleo has released the winter version of its cloud integration platform. The Cleo Integration Cloud now features an expanded library of application connectors to include new e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. The update also features role-based visibility enhancements that enable business and technical users to view interactions in a single pane.
Cleo offers integration capabilities for a wide variety of use cases, including cloud and on-prem. Customers can connect, integrate and analyze end-to-end data flows between their ecosystem and internal systems as well. The vendor also offers comprehensive support and service packages, including the ability to run their integration product as a managed service. Choosing this option unlocks ecosystem integration, managed monitoring, automated notifications of critical information, and scaling services for handling peak demands.
Cleo’s connectors library now features connectors for e-commerce applications like Amazon Seller Central, Magento, Shopify, Volusion and BigCommerce, as well as traction-gaining ERP connectors for Acumatica, NetSuite and SAP applications. The tool’s self-service business insights are designed to enable all users regardless of role, and this too remains a key tenet of the new offering. Cleo is also touting new persona-based views that provide real-time, context-aware e-commerce data.
In a statement to Solutions Review, the company’s Senior Vice President of Product Jorge Rodriguez said of the new release: “The latest Cleo Integration Cloud release further supports our commitment to helping customers connect, integrate, and analyze data in new ways by providing more tools to connect partners, data, SaaS and on-premise applications and create dynamic end-to-end integration flows. This allows companies to have powerful visibility for content-rich and context-aware business insight.”
According to G2 Crowd, Cleo is one of the four best electronic data interchange (EDI) software products to consider. Solutions Review also named Cleo one of 7 Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) Vendors to Watch in 2019.
