Clearbit, a provider of marketing intelligence solutions, recently announced the launch of a Data Activation Platform for B2B marketers. The new integrated platform will provide marketing teams with real-time intelligence about their ideal customers, target markets, audience intent, and prospect engagement. With this data, marketers can improve lead scoring efforts and develop precise audiences for campaigns based on accurate contact, intent, and account data. The Data Activation Platform is available now to new Clearbit customers. Current customers are encouraged to reach out to their Customer Success Manager to implement the platform into their business.


Constellation Research Releases its 2022 ShortList for Sales Engagement Platforms

Strategic advisory and analyst firm Constellation Research recently released the findings from its Constellation ShortList Sales Engagement Platforms. The report from Liz Miller spotlights eight platforms that companies should be paying attention to, including Conversica, Freshsales, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Outreach, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesloft, Revenue Grid, and Zendesk Sell. Constellation evaluated approximately twenty solutions in the sales engagement platform marketplace and selected these eight based on criteria like market share, internal research, client inquiries, customer references, and more.


Constellation Research Releases its 2022 ShortList for Sales Force Automation

Strategic advisory and analyst firm Constellation Research recently released its Constellation ShortList Sales Force Automation findings. The report from Liz Miller spotlights eleven platforms that enterprise and small-to-midsize companies should be paying attention to. The report lists Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Engagement Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and SAP Sales Cloud for enterprises. For SMBs, Constellation names Creatio, Copper, Freshworks CRM, Keap, SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Zoho CRM Plus.


Qualtrics Releases XM Discover, a New Produit Suite for Customer and Employee Experience Management

Qualtrics, the creator of the “Experience Management (XM)” service category, has released a new product suite to help companies listen, analyze, and respond to customer and employee sentiments. Titled XM Discover, the new suite features five products to help companies analyze unstructured feedback from customers and employees and use it to identify growth opportunities and improve employee, customer, brand, and product experiences. These products are each outfitted with omnichannel conversational analytics, AI, and machine learning technology. The XM Discover solution suite is available now.


Second Nature Announces Plans to Integrate its Sales Conversation Tools with Corporate Visions

Second Nature, a sales coaching software, recently announced that it would integrate its AI-powered sales conversation tools into Corporate Visions, a sales, marketing, and customer success training service provider. By combining Second Nature’s AI tools with its sales messaging certification and coaching programs, Corporate Visions will provide its audience with automated assessments and feedback to help them improve their sales and marketing conversation skills.
