The new product offering is built on the Work OS. Optimove Releases Findings From its 2023 Survey of Business to Consumer Marketers

Optimove, a Customer-Led Marketing Platform provider, has released the finding from the Optimove 2023 Survey of Business to Consumer Marketers, which queried over two-hundred senior-level B2C marketing executives in the second quarter of 2022. The results reveal that 54 percent of executives have allocated over half their marketing budget toward acquiring new customers, with 13 percent allocating more than half of their budget to customer retention. The remaining 33 percent of survey respondents reported that they split their market budget evenly between customer acquisition and retention.

Pipedrive, a sales CRM solution for small businesses, has announced two new advanced integration with CloudTalk and JustCall to help customers streamlines their sales communications and make business calls more efficient.
