Bloomreach, an e-commerce personalization solution provider, has announced the integration of generative AI into its search and merchandising platform. The GenAI functionalities use the NVIDIA NIM microservices, which leverage NVIDIA’s NeMo platform to provide in-depth search relevance, more customization opportunities for commerce terms, low-latency performance, and other features to advance underlying models. This follows Boomreach’s integration of Google Cloud Vertex AI from earlier in 2024 and further supports Bloomreach’s goal of equipping companies with a “cutting-edge” search engine for e-commerce.

Braze Launches a Free Trial Alongside a New Program for Startups
Braze, a customer engagement platform, has announced two new programs to help brands improve customer experiences and interactions. The programs include a free fourteen-day trial of Braze’s customer platform and Braze for Startups, which aims to support VC-backed startups with four months of free access to Braze’s platform. The Braze for Startups offers support of up to two million monthly active users (MAU), free onboarding services, on-demand learning resources, unlimited access to the Braze Bonfire community, a personal onboarding manager, and support for 100+ million emails. CallRail, an AI-powered lead and conversational intelligence platform provider, has announced an integration with Typeform, a form-builder and conversational data collection solution. Cvent Acquires Splash to Improve its Event Marketing Offering

Salesforce Announces the Salesforce Foundations Upgrade
Salesforce recently announced Foundations, a free upgrade that provides new and expanded cross-department features to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud customers at no additional cost. The Foundations suite includes Salesforce Sales, Marketing, Data Cloud, and Commerce features, all with enhanced UI designed to make it easier for brands to access unified customer views and develop AI-powered experiences across touchpoints. Salesforce Signs Agreement to Acquire Tenyx
Salesforce also announced its acquisition of Tenyx, a developer of AI-powered voice agents that create engaging conversational experiences for customer service use cases. Once the acquisition closes, Tenyx’s voice AI solutions will integrate with Agentforce Service Agent and extend its existing autonomous agent capabilities.
