Caylent Acquires Pronetx
Caylent, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Tier Services Partner, has acquired Pronetx, a customer experience transformation firm specializing in Amazon Connect and AWS native omnichannel solutions. With this acquisition, Caylent expands its AI-first services into the customer experience market, offering organizations a single AWS partner to design, migrate, operate, and evolve their customer experience systems. Valerie Henderson, Caylent CEO, says, “The Pronetx team has focused on solving exactly that problem for some of the most demanding organizations in the world. Clarvos Debuts Its Agentic Workflow Platform in Early Access
Clarvos, a marketing technology startup focused on simplifying marketing workflows for growing businesses, has announced the early access launch of its agentic marketing workflow platform. With the Clarvos Agentic Workflow, users have access to a unified workflow that coordinates campaign strategy, creative generation, and activation across Google, Meta, and TikTok. Optimove to Acquire Smartico
Optimove, the creator of Positionless Marketing, has signed an agreement to acquire Smartico, the company that brought gamification-led CRM marketing to the iGaming industry. As part of the acquisition, both companies will continue operating as fully independent businesses, each maintaining its own brand, team, product strategy, roadmap, and market approach. For example, Optimove will continue developing and strengthening Optimove Gamify, its loyalty and gamification platform, while Smartico will also independently evolve its product roadmap.
