The new solution operates as a continuous model across four vectors—sense, generate, reach, and learn—that function within an experience flywheel. Powered by the collaboration between AI agents and humans, the experience flywheel will build advantages that strengthen with each new cycle. Adobe also launched new agentic authoring capabilities that extend access across an organization, equipping users with AI-first experience-building tools for brand visibility and engagement.
Braze Announces Two Capabilities for Improving Customer Experiences
Braze, a customer engagement platform, has announced a new suite of AI capabilities to help marketers build and deliver engaging, relevant customer experiences. The capabilities—BrazeAI Operator and BrazeAI Agent Console—will bring decisioning, content generation, and execution directly into a marketer’s workflow. By embedding AI into the core platform, these additions can help teams act on data in real-time, turn strategy into live customer experiences faster, and give marketers a unified way to manage the full customer lifecycle. Both capabilities are generally available now.
Emfluence and Avid Announce an Integration
Emfluence, a marketing automation platform, has announced a new integration with Avid, a Fundraising Operating System. With this integration, fundraising teams can bring the donor insights generated by Avid into emfluence’s Marketing Platform, enabling users to automatically build and sync segments, trigger campaigns, and personalize outreach using live CRM data from Microsoft Dynamics. HUMAN Security Expands Its Agentic Visibility Capabilities to Marketing and Commerce Teams
HUMAN Security, a global provider of Agentic Trust, has expanded Agentic Visibility within its Sightline Cyberfraud Defense platform. The update will extend its capabilities beyond security and fraud teams, providing marketing and commerce organizations with additional visibility into how artificial intelligence is transforming digital engagement. To meet these teams where they already work, HUMAN is using its status as an official Adobe technology partner to deliver Agentic Visibility insights directly within Adobe Experience Platform and other analytics tools. This will make AI-driven traffic intelligence a native part of how marketing and commerce teams measure performance and drive decisions.
Iterable Launches a New AI Agent
Iterable, an AI customer engagement platform, has announced Nova Agent, an AI agent built to act on customer behavior in real-time. The Nova Agent will also work alongside a collection of new AI capabilities that enable marketers to optimize campaigns, activate high-value audiences, and drive stronger performance across every channel. Those new capabilities include Google Ads integration, additional compliance and governance tools, an Unknown User Activation tool to identify high-intent anonymous visitors, and the Iterable Command Center, which provides a centralized view of campaigns, goals, and performance for faster optimization.

Precisely, a global data integrity company, has announced the latest release of the EngageOne RapidCX platform, which brings governed AI to customer communications. The release introduces a unified, real-time view of outbound communications and a new Next Best Action AI Agent to help teams identify issues, understand performance, and take the right action. Allan Christian, General Manager of EngageOne products at Precisely, says, “This release of EngageOne RapidCX reflects our AI‑first strategy, combining real‑time visibility with governed intelligence to help organizations move faster without sacrificing control.”
SAP and Google Cloud Reveal New Integrations
SAP has announced a new partnership with Google Cloud to help marketers deploy AI agents at scale. Specifically, the partnership includes new integrations between the SAP Engagement Cloud, SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX), Joule solutions, and Gemini Enterprise. These connectors will enable joint customers to deploy agents that securely access unified data across both ecosystems, empowering them to execute complex marketing strategies aligned with user-defined high-level goals. Gemini Enterprise will also serve as a central hub for data integration and multi-agent coordination, enabling agents to take action across SAP and Google Cloud solutions.
StackAdapt Releases Its Model Context Protocol Server
StackAdapt, an AI advertising and orchestration platform, has announced the general availability of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server. The new integration is designed to make campaign intelligence directly accessible within AI tools such as Claude. For example, the MCP Server extends the capabilities of Ivy, StackAdapt’s AI marketing assistant, so advertisers can monitor performance, audit creative, and analyze campaign data in real-time. SurveyMonkey Reveals New Programs for Continuous Listening
SurveyMonkey, a global platform for surveys and forms, has launched a new way for organizations to run continuous, connected feedback initiatives without having to start from scratch. With the company’s new expert-curated programs, SurveyMonkey is offering support for everything from employee engagement to customer experience and market research, helping users collect and act on feedback and track how sentiment evolves over time. There are over a dozen pre-built programs available now, along with tools for users to build their own custom programs.
Treasure AI Announces a Rebrand
Treasure AI, an agentic experience platform, has announced an evolution of its brand and platform. As part of this move, the company is rebranding from Treasure Data to Treasure AI, a decision that reinforces its goal of turning marketing into a “round-the-clock operation” unencumbered by siloed customer knowledge and manual workflows across legacy martech SaaS tools. Additionally, Treasure AI has announced Treasure AI Studio, a new conversational workspace for marketing and data teams. Treasure AI Studio is designed to combine the full power of the agentic experience platform into a single conversational workspace.
Xactly Debuts a Dispute Management AI Agent
Xactly, a global intelligent revenue solution provider, has announced the Dispute Management AI Agent, which is the first innovation from its AI-driven collaboration with ServiceNow. Powered by the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integrated with ServiceNow Now Assist, the AI Agent solution enables secure, real-time coordination between Xactly’s AI-powered revenue platform and ServiceNow’s conversational AI. This combination will make it easier for teams to automate compensation inquiries and end-to-end dispute workflows, ensuring a motivated, focused sales force.
