Algolia Launches a Capability to Improve Product Discovery 

Algolia, an AI Search and Retrieval platform, has announced Dynamic Facets, a new capability that automatically surfaces the most relevant filters based on what shoppers are actively searching for. Instead of presenting the same fixed refinement options for every query, Dynamic Facets can adapt in real-time to search context and user behavior, making it easier for shoppers to find what they’re looking for while also reducing the manual configuration work typically required by search and merchandising teams. Backstory Announces Situation Search

Backstory, an AI platform for revenue teams, has announced Situation Search. The new capability lets sellers describe a deal situation in plain language and respond with the most comparable deals from their company’s history, along with what their team did next and how it ended. Jason Ambrose, CEO of Backstory, says the new tool “doesn’t tell a rep what to do. It shows them the deals their own company has already won in situations like theirs, and lets them decide what applies. That’s a kind of AI reps actually trust, because they can see exactly where it came from.”

CallRail Expands Its Partnership and Integration with Jobber

CallRail, an AI-powered lead engagement platform, has expanded its support for home service businesses by deepening its strategic partnership and integration with Jobber, a field management software. The expanded partnership will introduce a bidirectional integration between Voice Assist, CallRail’s AI voice assistant with real-time lead qualification and intelligent transfer capabilities, and Jobber’s field service management platform.
