Algolia Enhances Its Agent Studio

Algolia, an AI Search and Retrieval platform, has announced significant enhancements to Agent Studio, its application for accelerating the creation and optimization of AI agents and onsite agentic commerce experiences. The enhancements focus on three priorities for retailers bringing agentic commerce to the storefront, including production-ready AI, better shopping experiences, and a faster path to launch. These are now available to Algolia customers with Guardrails and Cost Controls. Teams can also configure the new capabilities within Agent Studio, using Algolia’s implementation path to embed agentic discovery experiences into their e-commerce sites.

CallRail Introduces New Features to Its Voice Assist Solution

CallRail, an AI-powered lead engagement platform, has introduced new functionalities to Voice Assist, making the solution available to every business and introducing instant, human-like agentic texting. The additions include shared conversation memory, automatic replies to inbound texts, and a standalone Voice Assist agent that agents can deploy with their existing business number, even if they don’t have a CallRail Call Tracking subscription. Ryan Johnson, Chief Product Officer at CallRail, says, “Voice Assist answers and follows up on every call and text, so no customer ever waits on someone being free. Offering it on its own means an owner doesn’t have to set up a full marketing platform first to get calls covered. They can start with their phones answered on day one, and add more when they’re ready.”
