Postie, a direct mail automation solution provider, has launched its CRM Optimization engine, enabling businesses to optimize their CRM data automatically. The CRM Optimization algorithm is designed to run campaigns autonomously with machine learning, maximizing the lifetime value of customer relationships, improving return on investment (ROI), delivering improved results for each new campaign, and achieving incremental profitability. Qualtrics Appoints a New Chief Marketing Officer

Qualtrics, an experience management (XM) solution provider, has announced that Lynn Girotto has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Girotto will lead the company’s global marketing efforts, including its brand, demand generation, communications, field marketing, product marketing, pricing, and packaging processes. She has over twenty-five years of experience in senior marketing roles. She most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Vimeo, with prior roles at brands like Microsoft, Starbucks, Tableau, and Getty Images.
