Cognizant Launches a Retail Solution to Streamline Store Operations
Cognizant has launched Stores 360, a comprehensive retail solution designed to streamline store operations, improve customer experiences, and enhance employee productivity. The new solution was developed in collaboration with ServiceNow and leverages the Cognizant Neuro AI platform and the AI-powered Now Assist solution. This will help companies enable frictionless operations, support every touchpoint in their retail value chain, and unify the retail ecosystem. Stores 360 aims to improve frontline employee productivity and customer experiences by providing users with integrated, automated, predictive, and generative AI capabilities.
Cresta Secures ISO/IEC 42001 Certification
Cresta, a contact center AI platform for human and virtual agents, recently announced that it secured the ISO/IEC 42001 certification, an international standard for developing, implementing, and maintaining Artificial Intelligence Management Systems (AIMS). To achieve the ISO/IEC 42001 certification, Cresta partnered with Sensiba—a U.S. accounting and advisory firm and cybersecurity and compliance service provider—to conduct a thorough assessment of Cresta’s security posture and ethical, operational, and documentation practices.
HCLTech Expands its Strategic Partnership with Microsoft
HCLTech, a global technology company, has expanded its strategic partnership with Microsoft to transform customer service experiences with generative AI and cloud-based content center solutions. As part of the expanded collaboration, HCLTech will empower its clients to activate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, a Copilot-first solution capable of optimizing customer experiences, empowering customer service representations, accelerating problem-solving, and driving overall efficiency. Additionally, Nuance’s Enterprise Professional Services business, alongside its team and existing customer contracts, will be transferred to HCLTech and become part of its contact center solution.

Oracle has released details on the latest version of Xstore Point of Service. ZoomInfo and Salesloft Detail Their Expanded Partnership
ZoomInfo, a go-to-market intelligence platform, has announced an expanded partnership with Salesloft, a revenue orchestration platform. As part of the expansion, ZoomInfo customers can purchase Salesloft’s revenue orchestration platform through their ZoomInfo accounts managers. This will give them access to a new integration and enable teams to use ZoomInfo’s data to target prospects and turn real-time insights into seller actions. Joint customers can leverage the new integration to sync ZoomInfo buying signals to Salesloft Rhythm, send AI-generated emails through Salesloft, and export data to the Salesloft platform to enhance personalization.
