Cognizant has launched Stores 360, a comprehensive retail solution designed to streamline store operations, improve customer experiences, and enhance employee productivity. The new solution was developed in collaboration with ServiceNow and leverages the Cognizant Neuro AI platform and the AI-powered Now Assist solution. ZoomInfo, a go-to-market intelligence platform, has announced an expanded partnership with Salesloft, a revenue orchestration platform. As part of the expansion, ZoomInfo customers can purchase Salesloft’s revenue orchestration platform through their ZoomInfo accounts managers. This will give them access to a new integration and enable teams to use ZoomInfo’s data to target prospects and turn real-time insights into seller actions. Joint customers can leverage the new integration to sync ZoomInfo buying signals to Salesloft Rhythm, send AI-generated emails through Salesloft, and export data to the Salesloft platform to enhance personalization.
