CallRail Now Enables Marketers to Measure ChatGPT Ad Performance

CallRail, an AI-powered lead engagement platform, has announced a new integration for ChatGPT ads that enables marketers to measure ChatGPT ad performance on the same platform they already use to track and optimize campaigns across all digital media environments, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, as well as traditional offline marketing efforts. With the integration, teams can view ChatGPT ads alongside Google, Meta, and Microsoft campaigns; automatically attribute calls, text messages, and form submissions to specific ChatGPT ad campaigns and ad groups; and send qualified conversion data directly to OpenAI to improve targeting and bidding.

ChurnZero Details the Agentic Essentials System

ChurnZero, an AI platform and partner for customer growth, has announced Agentic Essentials, an agentic AI system for customer success that offers four interconnected capabilities in one subscription. Those capabilities include the AI Marketplace and its agents, Knowledge Sources, the new Customer Intelligence Profile, and the new ChurnZero Connect (MCP). With the fifteen ready-to-deploy AI agents available in the system, teams can personalize outreach, plans, and analysis, all at scale. Databricks Enters the Marketing Industry with a CDP

Databricks, the Data and AI company, has entered into the marketing industry with the launch of CustomerLake, a new agentic Customer Data Platform (CDP). CustomerLake is designed to provide marketers and data teams with a workforce of agents that continuously analyze behavior, decide, and act. The solution is built on the lakehouse and governed by Unit Catalog, enabling it to consolidate customer data, identity resolution, audience building, campaign automation, and activation into a single AI-native foundation. Additional capabilities include campaign agents, an open partner ecosystem, profile agents, agentic identity resolutions, a built-in identity marketplace, native integrations, and reverse ETL.

Fullstory Releases Three New Solutions

Fullstory, a behavioral data company, has announced three new solutions: Fullstory Model Context Protocol (MCP), StoryAI Agents, and Workflow Intelligence. Together, these additions will use AI to bring users together so they can better understand customer and employee activity and respond instantly to frictions. Salesforce to Acquire Fin, a Customer Agent Company

Salesforce, the global CRM company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fin, formerly Intercom, a customer agent company. Salesforce will acquire Fin for approximately $3.6 billion, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. Once the deal closes, Salesforce and Fin will provide customers with more ways to deploy AI agents in their customer service operations. The acquisition will also empower the companies to offer additional support to customers throughout the AI adoption process by equipping them with rapidly deployable support agents to more tailored, enterprise-scale transformations built on trusted data, security, governance, and integration.

Seismic Expands its Aura Agents Suite

Seismic, a global provider of AI-powered enablement, has expanded its suite of Aura Agents to bring trusted content, business context, and connected workflows into revenue teams’ daily work. The expansion, part of Seismic’s Spring 2026 Product Release, is based around nine new and enhanced Aura Agents that help teams build and scale programs faster, prepare for better customer interactions, work from a connected AI workspace, and more.
