Acoustic, a provider of behavioral intelligence solutions for customer engagement, has announced Acoustic AI, an agentic marketing teammate built to continuously evaluate live first-party customer behavior. With this tool, marketing teams can identify emerging revenue opportunities and act on them in real-time. Acoustic AI is built directly into Acoustic’s platform, and its proprietary In-Market Index tool can evaluate 27 different behavioral attributes to produce a real-time intent score that reveals when customer interest is building, changing, or fading. The solution then connects those signals to a brand’s product catalog and prioritizes the opportunities most worth acting on.
Agiloft Debuts an Enterprise CLM Integration for Salesforce
Agiloft, a data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider, has launched Agiloft for Salesforce. Available on AgentExchange, Salesforce’s marketplace, Agiloft for Salesforce is an enterprise CLM integration for Salesforce that requires no coding to deploy, maintain, or extend. The release aims to help organizations manage contracts within the CRM environment, eliminating workflow disruptions and data synchronization challenges that are common in contract operations across legal, finance, and sales teams. Specifically, it delivers event-driven synchronization, iPaaS flexibility, automated document generation, and self-service signatures.
Pegasystems Details New AI Advancements for Its Solution Suite
Pegasystems, an enterprise AI software company for mission-critical work, has announced several new responsible AI advancements designed to accelerate AI-powered customer engagement while reducing risk. The first update is the general availability of Pega Customer Engagement Studio. This release introduces new agentic and automation capabilities for the Pega Customer Decision Hub, enabling rapid design of customer engagement strategies with natural language, embedded best practices, and built-in governance. Pega also announced a partnership with Gryphon, a contract governance platform, to help teams meet TCPA, TRS, DNC, and FDCPA requirements.
Salesforce Expands Headless 360 Across Its Platform
Salesforce is expanding its Headless 360 offering across the Salesforce ecosystem. With new Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, Data 360 capabilities, Slack integrations, developer tools, reusable Skills, and headless experiences across every major cloud, the update will make it easier for authorized AI agents to securely discover, understand, and take action across the enterprise. This means organizations can securely reuse the capabilities they’ve already built on Salesforce, and preserve the same identity, permissions, metadata, workflows, governance, and business logic established across their enterprise.
Talkdesk Announces Talkdesk for Financial Centers
Talkdesk, a provider of AI customer experience automation solutions, has announced Talkdesk for Financial Centers, a new offering that aims to convert the bank branch into a connected extension of the customer journey. The new solution is built to unify digital, contact center, and branch interactions, providing frontline employees with the customer context and real-time AI guidance needed to strengthen relationships, offer more personalized service, and turn every branch visit into a high-value engagement.
Uniphore Releases a Marketing AI Solution
Uniphore, a Business AI company, has launched Marketing AI, a new solution that aims to bring companies into “a new era” of enterprise marketing that’s built on customer intelligence. With Uniphore Marketing AI, marketers can get to know their customers better than ever before, predict what customers will likely do next, and simulate marketing outcomes before committing budget to a strategy.
