Auxia Debuts the Auxio Agent Studio

Auxia, an agentic marketing platform, has announced the Auxia Agent Studio, a new product that helps marketers use AI agents to plan, build, and launch campaigns within their existing stack. Specifically, the Agent Studio suite provides marketing teams with a shared foundation of business context, making it easier to delegate manual execution to AI agents and coordinate work across the organization, turning every marketer into an AI-powered team. The solution is built around three core capabilities—a marketing context graph, agentic workflows, and a collaborative workspace for marketers and AI agents—that all work together.

Optimove Details OptiGenie, an In-Platform AI Agent

Optimove, the creator of the Positionless Marketing platform, has launched OptiGenie, an in-platform AI agent that brings the natural-language capabilities of the Optimove MCP (Model Context Protocol) directly to the company’s platform. With the update, marketers can ask the in-platform agent questions about anything, all in plain language. Additionally, since OptiGenie lives inside Optimove, it draws on direct context from the platform environment where marketers are already working, making it easier for OptiGenie to turn a suggestion into a built component in the platform and then hand it back for review.

Salesforce and Anthropic Embed Claude Reasoning Into Governed CRM Workflows

Salesforce and Anthropic have expanded their partnership with Claudeforce, combining Claude’s reasoning and agentic tool use with Salesforce data, workflows, permissions, and business rules. The first capability, Salesforce in Claude, provides 37 prebuilt sales skills for tasks such as meeting preparation, deal-health review, and pipeline updates, routing actions through Salesforce so that enterprise controls remain in effect; select customers can pilot it now, with an open beta planned for September.

Validity Releases “The State of CRM Data Management in 2026” Report

Validity, an AI-powered email solution provider, has released “The State of CRM Data Management in 2026” report, which explores how marketing leadership has pushed AI adoption well ahead of their confidence in the data behind it. The report surveyed hundreds of B2B and B2C marketing professionals across the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Australia, and New Zealand. According to the findings, nearly 78 percent of C-suite and 92 percent of SVP/VPs respondents say they have acted on an AI recommendation they later suspected was wrong because of bad underlying data, compared with 41 percent of individual contributors.
